    Everything was very clean, staff was nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was great. I will stay here again.

    Front desk at check in was very snotty and we asked breakfast time and were told to have breakfast there was an $11 per person fee. Same breakfast as the rest of the best westerns nothing special. Our room had food dand crap behind the dresser, toilet ran all night, the elevator was so tiny the cart barely fit with one person. When we asked if we could just cancel she said no. Next morning front desk was different but still not friendly. Noisy place as well. Not at all up to best western standards. Property is old and used up. If that had been our first Best Western we would never stay again. But we know Best Westerns are well above this place.

    Noisy room because of the freeway noise. Cooling and heating unit that roars and rattles. Marginal lodgings.

    The room was very clean and nicely updated. I especially loved that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower—it made getting ready much more convenient. It would be great if they offered a dispenser with foaming soap and lotion instead of the small bar soap and individual lotion bottles. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The continental breakfast was typical, but good.
