  Terrible experience. First, they gave us someone else’s room, we walked in to used towels and someone else’s belongings on the floor. They switched our room, and while we were laying down, a BUG literally flew onto my face! Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend!

  The good thing-the bed was comfortable. The bad- everything else. This place is SOO loud! Highway noise, hearing every sound from every other guest and (the big one) multiple times it sounded like a plane was landing on the building. The entire building shook. No way to sleep well. Then add weird mold and dampness throughout. You don't want to stay here. Added photos of room toilet, lampshade and broken fire alarms with hanging duct tape that flashed all night.

  This place is disgusting. I stayed in a room and it had sewage leaking up from the concrete floor into the carpet. I asked to switch rooms and get refunded for 2 nights as I still had 5 nights left on the stay. My clothes has sewage water on them, my suitcase had sewage water on it and ruined he. The manager offered me 40$ for my stuff being ruined and no comp om the 2 nights. I refused the 40$ and said i will handle it through booking.com. he then proceeded to tell me i have 1 hour to remove my stuff from the hotel!! I still have 3 nights left on the stay. I threw away my suitcase and clothes covered in sewer water. I will be contacting the health department as this is a serious health violation to me and any future guests at this hotel

  Stayed there on a sold-out Fri night (7/31). I was going to be arriving late and I loved the fact that I could check in online hours prior to my arrival. I did have a little difficulty finding the access road to the hotel because of the highways in the area and I don't remember there being sufficient signage once I got into the vicinity of the hotel. There was a lack of handicap parking, but fortunately I was able to find one regular sport (just one!) not far from the side entrance by the pool after driving around twice. I'm not sure what arrangements would be made if there were no parking spots at all - something management might want to look into (I would not have been able to walk if I was much further way). The room was satisfactory with nice bedding and pillows, but it smelled "musty" even with the AC running. Breakfast was well stocked and had many selections to choose from & seemed to be large enough to accommodate everyone from a sold out night. I liked the two types of coffee machine selection - it made for much less waiting around to get coffee. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps put in a 2nd waffle iron (I waited for someone to make 3 waffles for her children - one by one, and then one for her hustand before I was able to have access). The waffle iron was also placed in a tiny corner which made it crowded over there. Despite these comments & suggestions, I would stay there again.

  I wanted to give this hotel a better review but the general managers email response to my concerns during my stay was cold & dishonest. It was almost 4 when we checked in and we went to the room and staff was still cleaning it.. no problem what so ever, they were polite and we waited at the end of the hall way. But no accountability from the GM there besides saying it was a computer malfunction. The cleaning staff did not speak English so there was some miscommunication about the towels. We were fine to wait for them til later that evening. We were provided an extra blanket but the blankets in the bags for the sofa bed were used and crumpled in a ball. We are not people to complain and the hotel was packed from a baseball game, there were other guests reporting issues when we checked in and I didn’t want to add to their load. The fridge was dirty with food left over, looked like mold on the ceiling, the room felt damp, and there was brown stained above the toilet paper roll that the GM also said was a lie but if I know anything, it’s to take pictures as proof. I reached out to Expedia to try to resolve the issue which also tried to get ahold of hotel but no answer. Fine. I didn’t want the room refunded but a simple sorry, some accountability taken, and maybe a discount would have been fine. Instead I will leave these photos and info with you as a guest to decide for yourself.
