    Katlyn is amazing. Courteous. Cheerful. Communicative. Helpful for getting into the pool which was nice and warm. I wish this temperature was a standard at all HIE hotels. As an athletic person a warm pool is amazing. Checked in with no problems. Happy with the service. AC in the room had an issue with the fan not running on high. Bathroom fan is passive which isn't great. Shower is extremely slippery which is a hazzard for my handicap roommate. Perhaps a residue or something? Backdoor is wonky and doesn't let me in but I need to park there as I have a trailer. I'm happy the hand soap isn't locked into the wall as it's better than the shower soaps. Seems a lot of people that booked with third party vendors are getting hosed with conflicted bookings with IHG. Seems to be putting undue stress on employees.

    This was our second visit. Jamie, the staff member who assisted us, was very kind and friendly, and the other staff members were also very welcoming. The room was very clean, with no visible dust, and even the shower curtain was spotless. The faucets were also very clean without any water stains, and the coffee was good as well. There were also no bad smells at all, such as smoke or mold odors. We were satisfied with every aspect of our stay!

    LAST YEAR MGT. LADY IS DISHONEST RUDE AND HARDLY EVER AT THE DESK DURING THE DAY SO THE PHONE JUST RINGS THE POOL WAS NEVER OPEN LAST YEAR. THE OTHER WORKERS STAFF IN EVENING WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND WAS ALWAYS AT THE DESK. PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE 2020 I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL BEHIND THEM. THEY WHERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AT LEAST.

    Great place to stay. Clarence in the overnight was fantastic. He is knowledgeable about the area and easy to talk to. Just what a weary traveler needs.

    Been to a lot of hotels let me tell you the front desk employee Katlyn Made our stay the best. She was so sweet and so nice. Her main focus was keeping everybody safe, but also customer service and she had such a nice demeanor. It really really made our stay so nice She should be moved up in this job or given a bonus or something cause she was super awesome
