- MGMary GraceOct 7, 20262.0Really ANNOYED with the experience with Candlewood Suites Belle Vernon. IHG website & app showed a $99 Friends & Family rate multiple times, but every time I tried to actually book it, the rate disappeared. And no, it’s not because it got booked because I called to hold the hotel and they reserved it for me but for the regular price for each night. I even provided screenshots showing the rate and explained the issue, but the management still wouldn’t honor the $99 price because they never heard of it even tho I gave them my IHG membership information. I understand policies are policies, HoWEVVVVERRR when a customer provides proof of a rate being displayed on your own booking system, you’d hope for a little more effort to make it right. All of this over a $60 difference, which honestly makes it even more ridiculous. 😂 Apparently the $99 rate was just there for decoration. ⭐ One star for the unnecessary frustration and lack of resolution. ⭐The second star because the front desk was communicative and responsive.

- MMMaya MayAug 16, 20265.0The hotel was clean, and Iqbal at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. I’m a little picky about my room, but he made sure I got exactly the room I wanted. Great service!
- MGMarc GuinnessJul 21, 20261.0Great front desk staff, housekeeping unfortunately is in need of a lot of help can’t seem to get room clean when scheduled, the hotel manager I don’t think works a full 8hr day I have yet to see her, if you go to IHG website it shows this hotel brand new renovation which is not accurate probably been renovation 5-10 years ago.
- PPPage PrebehallaJul 20, 20262.0The beds and bedding appeared clean, but the room itself was not cleaned very well. The bathroom looked dirty, with something unpleasant smeared on the door and floor. The countertops were sticky and had what appeared to be dried sauce on them. The microwave had also not been cleaned and had dried food stuck to the inside walls. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly prepared for guests.
