  From the welcome at the front desk, to the attention to room location request, this facility went above and beyond. The manager was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and had ample variety. I cannot speak more highly!

  Overall, I give this hotel 2 stars — and only because the location was convenient and one of the front desk employees was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, only one staff member provided good customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was extremely dirty. I originally booked a room with a sofa bed, but when we arrived, there was no sofa bed in the room. Thankfully, the front desk employee quickly helped us switch rooms, which I appreciated. However, the sofa bed was only twin-sized and was in terrible condition. There were crumbs underneath it, and the mattress was extremely worn out. The king-size bed in the one-bedroom suite also had questionable stains on it — I’m including a photo so others can judge for themselves. The bathroom was dirty, and the entire room smelled like vomit during all three days of our stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

  I will never ever stay at this hotel again now the other stay-bridge hotel in Allentown/bethlehem location is great. The front desk staff walked me over to housekeeping so I can ask for a new quilt my son had spilled water on ours we needed a change, the housekeeper told the front staff “if they dirtied the sheets they should sleep in them” I’m so upset it’s not even funny..

  Absolutely filthy and unsafe. We have stayed here for years so were dismayed to see the state it's in now. The room was disgusting with dirt piled in the corners and part of a condom near the bed. I wiped down every surface in the room but still felt grimey. The back door was not locked the second night we returned to the hotel which worked in our favor since our key card then didn't work at our door. The front desk attendant didn't apologize for the inconvenience at 9PM and didn't check my ID before handing over new keys. The only positives were the decent breakfast and comfy bed.
