  I honestly still cannot believe this happened. I have stayed here before, but on September 22nd, I was stranded without my bike keys and just needed a safe place to sit and charge my GPS monitor. I went into the dark lobby to stay out of the way. I didn't plan on staying long, just long enough to get my monitor charged so probation doesn't come looking for me. When the security guard told me to leave, I immediately started packing up. It was dark, so I just asked if he could turn on a light so I could see my things. He instantly got agitated, threatened to call the state police, started yelling, and then suddenly his hands were around my throat. He punched me in the face and tried to drag me out. I didn't even fight back. Luckily he wasn't strong enough to do any damage to me. I just stood there, completely frozen. I know I wasn't a guest, but I was leaving just like he asked. I was just trying to gather my things. If I had defended myself, I would have been the one going to jail. I'm still shaking just thinking about it. This isn't right. No one should be treated like this, let alone physically attacked. Management needs to contact me immediately. This guard is dangerous, and if he stays on your staff, it's only a matter of time before he hurts someone else or himself. I hope that by sharing this, management will take this seriously and ensure that no one else has to go through a similar traumatic experience.

  The room was spacious. The outdoor pool had comfortable lounge chairs, and the hot tub looked tempting. Nice selections of snacks available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near the airport with a free shuttle. Will stay again!

  My team and I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, and until this year, we’ve always been very happy with our experience. Unfortunately, the property is beginning to feel noticeably outdated and in need of attention. The furniture was dirty, several bulbs were missing in the outdoor grill area, and my room had burn marks on the floor. Most disappointing was the condition of the bathtub, which was extremely unclean. After several years of positive stays, it was disappointing to see such a decline in the overall condition and upkeep of the property.

  The ladies that work at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful! Especially the lady that worked the desk/guest relations on Saturday 8/8/26. This lady is the best of the best as far as I am concerned!! I almost live in hotels since my occupation is traveling superintendent. This lady pretty much saved my trip and did it with a beautiful smile! So helpful and welcoming. Thank you ladies for making my stay a good one!!
