  My team and I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, and until this year, we’ve always been very happy with our experience. Unfortunately, the property is beginning to feel noticeably outdated and in need of attention. The furniture was dirty, several bulbs were missing in the outdoor grill area, and my room had burn marks on the floor. Most disappointing was the condition of the bathtub, which was extremely unclean. After several years of positive stays, it was disappointing to see such a decline in the overall condition and upkeep of the property.

  The ladies that work at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful! Especially the lady that worked the desk/guest relations on Saturday 8/8/26. This lady is the best of the best as far as I am concerned!! I almost live in hotels since my occupation is traveling superintendent. This lady pretty much saved my trip and did it with a beautiful smile! So helpful and welcoming. Thank you ladies for making my stay a good one!!

  Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would stay here again. Pros: - I LOVED the setup of the room especially when traveling with children. Plenty of seating in living area & tables or ottomans to use, full kitchen with actual pots and dishes, 2 kinds of pillows with an extra in your closet, dedicated desk/work area, bedrm and living area separated by a door, very clean bathroom & living rm areas, hooks by the door to hang bags or purses, TVs in bedrm and living area. -free laundry and clothes basket in your room but I did not use the service. -hot tub was clean and very relaxing -outdoor patio was pretty -free coffee and tea all day was very nice -pick your own welcome treat upon arrival -certain nights (mid-week) had a dinnertime taco bar from 5:30-730pm Had I known this or it been promoted more, this would have been a good option and saved us eating out. -location close to a lot and easy to get around via car. -respectful, professional and helpful front desk staff -12pm check-out- so nice not to have to rush out in the morning. Cons: -Although it was lovely to come back to a tidied room and made bed, I did not appreciate that every one of my grocery bags I still needed to carry my groceries back out at the end of my stay were thrown away even though I had them neatly stacked on the kitchen counter. -daily Breakfast was average. Nothing wrong with it but I wasn't wowed. I also thought breakfast staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming to guests. -laundry facilities are only found on first floor and you have to walk through small gym to utilize them as well as the hot tub. I found this difficult to find and very awkward as many people were working out as we walked through interrupting their weight lifting. -I did not care for bed mattress. It felt soft to me and squished in. To me, I'd be replacing the mattress with either something newer or firmer. -outlets right behind your nightstand did not work but luckily my cord was long enough to reach side wall outlet instead.

  Great hotel over all , but not the best expierence . Make sure you confirm with the property when booking through a third party to avoid an awful night when not given the correct room . No management on staff to assist better either .

  I recently had an extended stay at this property and had an outstanding experience the entire time. I didn't catch all of their names but Lakeema and Nikki at the front desk were amazing. Mike, the new general manager, was super friendly. Jashira and Heather took great care of us at breakfast. Jose the driver did a great job. A special shout out to Lakeema and Jose for going above and beyond for me one day when I left for work and forgot an important item. They jumped into action and saved the day. I will absolutely stay at this property on my next visit to Allentown.
