  So why I gave the room 2 star review and the hotel overall three-star review the hotel has some refurbishing work going on and there was a little problem in my room but the operations manager Hla Hlaing..... handle it beautifully thank you for your quick and and professional response to my problem and the way it was handled. I would definitely stay at your hotel again

  Our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was undergoing major renovations, and from the moment we walked in, it did not feel ready to welcome guests. The construction and overall atmosphere negatively impacted our stay and ruined a significant part of our trip. The soundproofing was also terrible. We could hear almost every noise from upstairs and next door. The doors slam loudly due to their design, and the gap underneath our room door lets even more noise in, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. A hotel should be a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to rest after a long day of traveling. Guests should be informed in advance about major renovations and noise issues. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide the basic comfort we expected, and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

  Every floor is under construction now so dust and wallpaper and spackle and music with workers running up and down the hall early morning so if you are a person who likes quiet this isn't the place for you now

  They are trying, they are currently renovating I just don’t know what took so long and how they let the place get that rough. Everyone is nice, location is great. I never would have stayed if I knew they didn’t have laundry onsite as I needed to do laundry bad. For some reason, I thought they did and took all my dirty clothes in and asked for change after I paid and that’s when they told me there was no laundry. My mistake. But again, every one working there that I met was very nice and professional. The rooms were clean. No bugs etc. It’s just, very run down as they know because they are actively renovating. I used 5000 points and $62 on the card. If I could rewind time I probably would have went to motel 6 next door as they have good reviews, laundry and recently renovated I believe. Never been there though so don’t take my word for it. After renovations I will definitely stay here again, I just didn’t like seeing all the dilapidation. It was quiet and safe. Thanks for the stay and understanding!
