  An gou left in breakfast and the cinnamon rolls were out and they weren't making more despite the room being mostly full. Room was fine. Shower leaked out the door despite my best efforts to position the doors correctly. Elevator was out of service and there was a bucket (trash can, really) on the third floor hallway capturing water from a leak in the roof.

  The rooms weren’t great, I felt a dip in the floor outside the bathroom and the toilet could use some tightening. The shower was hot and the sheets were clean, so it’s ok for a quick night. The elevator was broken when I was there, not a big deal as I took the stairs but might be an issue for some. There was also a leak in the hallway ceiling that did not look great.

  This hotel is top notch for the price. The service was 10/10.My family and I enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again 😊.

  Solid place to stay. The rooms feel old, dated, and smell of Lysol; however, they are decently clean - it is functional and affordable. For the price charged, the amenities and location is of tremendous value for the stay. One complaint/concern that I had shared with Meghan (Front Desk Manager) was that housekeeping came into our room even when we had explicitly stated that we didn't need it and we had our DND tag on the door.

  We will not be staying at this hotel again. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. When we arrived, we followed the hotel’s directional signs, which instructed guests to drive to the right and pull into the circular drive at the front entrance. There was a vehicle parked directly on the sidewalk in front of the hotel—not in a designated parking space. We pulled in briefly so we could check in before moving our vehicle. A man who owned the vehicle on the sidewalk came into the lobby and loudly and rudely demanded that we move our car because he needed to leave. He was disrespectful not only to my husband, but also in front of my father, mother, and our children. We later learned that this individual was the hotel’s general manager, which made the interaction even more shocking. A general manager should model professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, he did neither. His behavior was completely unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. The property itself was also disappointing. The elevator and hallways were worn down and dirty, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall of our room. The hotel is clearly in need of maintenance and updates. While the condition of the property was disappointing, the general manager’s behavior was by far the worst part of our stay. Customer service starts at the top, and based on our experience, we will not be returning or recommending this location to others.
