  Our other hotel screwed up our reservation. Senai saved tbe day and helped us out in a jam. Senai and Donald were super friendly and welcoming.

  You get what you pay for-no hot water-smallest parking spaces in the area- noisey, had to where ear plugs to sleep, the bed was comfortable.

  I was going to stay here with my cousin for medical reasons. She made our reservation and was charged in full, our reservation was more than 6 weeks from today. Today she calls me and said she has to pay for 3 nights and we are staying 2 nights for medical reasons. I asked how is this legal? How can they charge you for 3 nights at IHG when we canceled because they could not accommodate us for the 2 nights. She is a Platinum member and she canceled 6 weeks before the one night stay. IHG said you WILL PAY AND YOU WERE CHARGED FOR cancelation and for your next 2 nights as well that isn't until July 1st to July 3rd. This is just unbelievable! I will never recommend anyone stay at IHG property because this is just unrealistic and this is NOT the 1st time they have done this to her. I saw this a few months ago on her statements where they charged her just like this situation. She is there for severe medical reasons and I will be contacting the attorney general to see if this is Legal? I highly doubt it is, 6 weeks out to cancel is not like canceling 6 hrs before or even 6 days this is over 6 weeks. GUESTS CHOOSE WISELY, I am a Hilton Diamond Member and never experienced anything like this.

  BEWARE OF MAKING RESERVATIONS WE CANCELED A ONE NIGHT STAY 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCED AND MADE ANOTHER ONE FOR A 2 DAY STAY FOR MORE MONEY AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU FOR THE FULL PRICE CANCELLATION AT 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, ALTHOUGH YOU MADE ANOTHER RESERVATION NEAR BY BC THEY COULD NOT ACCOMADATE YOU ON THE 2 NIGHT STAY. NOW WE PAID FOR 3 NIGHTS AND STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS. THANKS IHG AND TIME TO MOVE TO HILTON PROPERTIES WHERE THEY DO NOT PULL THIS. OH AND AFTER THEY CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR THAT CANCELLATION THEY DO NOT GIVE POINTS EITHER. HOW IS THIS PROPER BUSINESS? BEING A PLATINUM IHG MEMBER FOR YEARS!

  Great service from the front desk. Place is well kept. Pool has toys for kids to play with which I’ll say deserves them getting a 6th star! Continental breakfast is what you’d expect. Will definitely be back!
