  The hotel was okay overall. Although it has a 4.0 rating on Google, it is a 2-star hotel, so it’s important to keep expectations realistic. The rooms were not very spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible—there was barely any pressure at all. Breakfast was alright, but the same options were served every day, so there wasn’t much variety. Overall, the stay was average. It wasn’t terrible, but based on the Google rating, I expected a little more. There are definitely areas where the hotel could improve.

  Staff steals.Today, Tues the 25th, we got a call saying they had found my sons airpods. In between the bed and bedside table.....where all of us had looked in that area about 3 times. And why today? Does that mean housekeeping didnt show up from when we left on Saturday till now? I will not believe they found them until we have them back.Very convenient access to the Dorney Park is the only good thing. We were there for a 4 day 3 night stay. Apparently they expect you to remove your own trash and put it in the community trash can. Housekeeping showed up 1 TIME! No new towels, 1 of the 2 beds were made but the linens were not changed ( I recognized the thread from my socks that were frayed) And to top it all off my son's airpods that we all saw on the bedside table before we headed to the park went missing after the 1 time Housekeeping came through. Reported to front desk Friday night, they said they would text the manager but that the manager wasn't going to be in till Monday. No matter how insignificant it is, if you dont want it stolen lock it in the safe or even your car, as I have seen reviews stating that even those arent always working. Never coming back and the only response I expect about my son's missing airpods is the generic computer generated apology after I post this review.

  Easy to get to except the one way road in and out but GPS will get you there. The service was fast and friendly. Great place for a good night sleep

  More than five hundred dollars for 2 nights in July vacation。 1-No hot water until you ask them to turn it on. My wife and children had a cold shower until after they told me. 2- Only 2 shower towels for 2 queen beds even though we already registeredas a family of 4. This was not a hotel. It was a motel customer service. My family was very disappointed after being a return customer every summer. The hotel no longer wanted to do business with families. The hotel wanted to save every penny for themselves.

  When we first walked into this Holiday Inn we were greeted with what looked like a mixture of trash and some bags against the wall near the elevators. It was still there when we woke up the next morning. They did not mention the fact that we were IHG members. When we walked into our room it smelled musty. I went outside the side door of the hotel to talk to someone on the phone and found the door being held open by a rock. This did not make me feel very safe. Apparently someone's put it there because the key to the door would not work. We ate breakfast on Saturday and the food was barely luke warm. The beds were just okay, but not as comfortable as most of the Holiday Inn's where we've stayed. If I were to go back to Allentown I would try the other one in hope that it would be better.
