- CWColette WiestJun 13, 20265.0Softball tournament in Kaiser/Albany the hotels down there are insanely expensive... this is half an hour away sure but its 1/2 the price clean comfortable room, nice guy running the front desk, air condition worked and doesnt smell like an ashtray. Dove products supplied are good enough... saved me 4 hours of driving for a one night stay for the win.
- CHC HJun 11, 20261.0Rick, the late afternoon concierge was very pleasant and helpful. The night house lady, I am unsure of her proper title, was also very nice and helpful. People smoked right next to the building. There was trash on the ground by the entry into the hotel closest to the elevators. The bathroom floor was not cleaned well. The sheets to my bed were dirty when I pulled them down which grossed me out. The lady changed our sheets for us while we were at dinner. She does not do the housekeeping during the day so all this is not on her. I went to use the bathroom and my husband saw that the trash can was fill of used syringes. I do not know if someone entered while we went to dinner or if they were there and no one cleaned up. There were dirty needles. We immediately reported it, took a photo, and requested a refund.

- NTNoah ThornburyMay 27, 20262.0Actively staying at this hotel and have been for three weeks now (work trip), don’t bother trying to get any room service. It’s taking 3-4 days every week of consistently asking the front desk for room service every morning to get anyone from housekeeping. You would think after they forget the first day and are reminded that evening and again the next morning for 3-4 days in a row, someone would speak up since there must be a lapse in communication. I leave in a week and have to return again but have started looking at other options for places to stay.
