Staff is kind, rooms are more than enough, nice big showers. This place has what you need without breaking the bank or being sketchy. Would definitely return here on my next trip to Oregon.

I also found strands of hair in my room as well. Not sure if it was from a previous guest or from the cleaning staff. I'd just like for the staff to take an extra look before they leave the room to make sure that even the smallest details are taken care of.

I didnt order any alch. Just nachos. The gentleman working the bistro went above and beyond his work requirements. Left my glasses in the room. He filled out my Keno tickets for me. Not overly nice but very helpful. Employees like this make traveling experiences better . If u ever stop here. And go to the bistro. Tip this guy. I only gave him 2$ for my nachos. But looking back on it. A guy that is so helpful and in-between cleans. Is priceless. Thanks to this employee. He really made my stay better. Just because. The hotel was great aswell. Great staff. Im on fires most the year. A employee like this is priceless. Thank IHG
