  I booked this hotel online and prepaid but was told to pay cash $100 for incidentals because my address on my drivers license was within 40 miles of the hotel…only locals apparently are required to pay cash. A bit fishy explanation because they added that my room had to be checked before I got the deposit back…never in my life have I been told that at a hotel on check in. One of the most bizarre experience in my life as a seasoned world traveler. The room was clean but the furniture definitely needed some upgrade. The door to the cabinet with the refrigerator was quite damaged and needs replacement. Just the whole check in experience left me feeling discriminated and unsettling but otherwise the stay was ok for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was basic and has eggs that were edible.

  Normally Best Westerns are above other Hotels in any area you are traveling, however, This one was below standard. The plumbing & water pressure were bad. When or if checking in, request a plunger. The bathtub was old and dirty. Sink smelled musty. ADA parking appeared to have 2 or 3 spots, not nearly enough, especially during summer season. No luggage carts.

  I would not recommend this hotel. Their TV system had software that required me to download and pay for a service, that didn't even work. Then, I got a hold of the software company and told them that it didn't work and that I wanted my money returned. They didn't return the money, and I have a new charge from the company for even more $ on my credit card this month. So, now I'll have to put a block on them. I told the hotel about this issue, but I don't know if they have remedied it (by removing the software from their system). Do not use any software to try and Chromecast with their TVs unless you want to deal with what I am.

  Filthy, no parking , horrible management / owners same people ( who will not come to site when issues arise). Stay at Hilton garden in. Way cleaner and better managed. .

  We have stayed here for 2-5 nights every summer, for the past 9 years. It is the ‘okayest’ hotel you’ll ever find. Stuff goes wrong, but at least they sometimes fix it. The breakfast is worse and smaller every summer. The pool works half the time. There’s new showers every 4 years or so, but they’re falling apart all the time. It’s so weird. But this time we had a mini fridge that didn’t keep anything cold, and when you open it smelled so bad that you could smell it down the hallway. Like someone was brewing up fresh kimchi… for a month!
