  We have stayed here for 2-5 nights every summer, for the past 9 years. It is the ‘okayest’ hotel you’ll ever find. Stuff goes wrong, but at least they sometimes fix it. The breakfast is worse and smaller every summer. The pool works half the time. There’s new showers every 4 years or so, but they’re falling apart all the time. It’s so weird. But this time we had a mini fridge that didn’t keep anything cold, and when you open it smelled so bad that you could smell it down the hallway. Like someone was brewing up fresh kimchi… for a month!

  My go to hotel in the area. Rooms are clean and facility is well maintained. Breakfast could use some variety... 5 days of the same gets old.

  This place is a joke, they are REALLY OUTDATED! The beds are uncomfortable, customer service is a joke, they charge 2$ for Kirkland water bottles because the vending machines are always out. I gave them my vehicles information for parking and I woke up to my alarm going off because it was getting towed and that was a major hassle to deal with because the guy in charge at night barely speaks English. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

  The room was below standard. Room was bare room seemed very empty. Could have had some art work on walls. Bath and toilet were separate from sink and mirror. Shower valve was wrong. Spa tube was in the open with a bare floor. No mats or rug. Furniture was old. Sofa was not comfortable. Mattress was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was poor, coffee was cold and was not brewed. Sausage was overcooked, eggs were powered mix and were bland. Best Western needs to do better!

  We have stayed here on many trips to see family and friends. It is usually very clean and pretty quiet for being a hundred yards from Interstate 5. Staff very friendly but hotel is in need of remodel. They have the usual breakfast fare of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, either bacon or sausage, toast, English muffins, cereal, myo waffles, etc. We are very tired of seeing the same thing over and over so we tend to skip breakfast at these type of setups. You are very close to many restaurants just within blocks of this location so no problem finding breakfast, lunch or dinner.
