She assured me that the maintenance crew was in the room at the moment and going about fixing the issue at hand. That was my only concern in leaving the review I had left. I didn’t want someone else to pay the premium rate with one thing in mind and encounter that same experience. She was highly professional, kind, empathetic and stressed the concern with my experience. A+ service overall and a pleasure to deal with! Rooms are nice, staff was all amazing, great location. Overall nice hotel. Now with the problem at hand being solved, 10/10.

Oberto who works at the front desk was super helpful! After a long stressful drive from Arizona he made our stay easy and hassle free. If not for him I might have stayed else where. The hotel it's self is nice with an excellent breakfast for an excellent price. When we come back here to visit again I'll definitely make this hotel my stop again.
