  Clean bedroom/fresh linen. Courteous service. Awesome wholesome breakfast. I enjoyed their egg with cheese, ham,veggies. I never eat eggs outside home but they looked delicious so I tried and I loved them. I loved that you individually wrapped apples, that was creative and hygienic. One little thing, check the freshness of the apples. Otherwise, I had a great night here, and morning.

  Travel for business with a colleague, I have also been in customer service for more than 30 years. I’m writing this Google review because I was so impressed with the friendliness, calm demeanor and very personable, customer service agent at the front named Scott. He goes the extra mile for customers and is a great guy! We enjoyed our stay,!

  Our room has a really musty smell due to old carpet. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. And then to top off an already poor stay at this hotel, during check-in they charged us a couple hundred dollars more than what they quoted us over the phone when we booked. We even have our confirmation email and double checked it and they said they won’t honor what was quoted to us over the phone. We had been a long time very Best Western customers, and never had such rude front desk staff as we do here.

  Good, safe hotel that offers all of the basics! Better breakfast options (including GREAT hot breakfast) than most of the higher-priced hotels I've stayed at! Fitness room is also better than some places I've stayed (heads-up: it's on the 1st floor, which is below the lobby - also where you will find on-site laundry)! Ladies, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. 😁 Rooms also have a small fridge & coffee maker, with more generous coffee selection & servings than other places I've stayed. Guests arriving later can get a little noisy around 10-11 pm, but then it quiets down (& I am a very light sleeper). There are usually complimentary cookies at the front desk! 😋 Lobby also has a nice offering of snacks & sundries. Anything you can't find there can be found at either the convenience store a few blocks away, or at the Target across the street. I didn't have a car during my stay, but there seemed to be plenty of free, on-site parking. Rooms have a window A/C unit, so it can get a little warm at night - you might opt to open the windows for some cooler air. Good overall experience! 😁

  Best hotel I’ve been to the privacy. Here is amazing. The staff here is amazing. I was here after I lost my mother and they were so wonderful to me and I would recommend this place to anybody out of Wilsonville. It’s the best place to stay.
