- AIAnne IvansOct 2, 20265.0The hotel is beautifully maintained. The beds were so comfortable and the cookies at check in were very yummy.
- RFRichard FreySep 30, 20261.0Bs, I went out of my way to be a little bit out of portland and they had a king suite with jetted Tub. It's. King bed reg room with a non functioning jetted tub. Basically a king room that smells like mold and the Tub, is missing jets and the pressure from the jacuzzi Tub does not circulate the water at all. The whole first floor smell of mold and while they offered me a move. That's great but I am an hour away from Portland Airport so we had a jacuzzi Tub to soak and help recover from 9days in OR. Avoid this BW. When I asked the assistant front desk manager to give me a the rate for a king bed room. He said it's a suite. It's definitely not suite. The tub is the only defining difference and it's not functional.
- BGBriana GrowAug 30, 20261.0I arrived at this hotel at 1am with my family of 5 asked for a crib they told me no there wasn’t any and left at that. Didn’t try to accommodate me in any way or form. The old lady working the night shift 08/28 was rude. We asked to give us a room with sofa bed and king bed so we can co sleep she told me that wasn’t happening because we booked through Expedia. I asked what would happen if the room had something g wrong said still wouldn’t give me another room. Unless it was the same . Claimed she was told no cribs available but never bothered to double check. Don’t work there if it’s so hard for you to help people.
