  Thin walls. Extremely loud doors, ac and neighbors. Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping in my car.

  The night staff (gentleman, Oct 2) was very welcoming, even at midnight! The pet friendly room was clean and comfortable, did not smell like pets. Breakfast was good. Nice location. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

  Reserved a 3-day stay at Best Western on a business trip, and got some good news from staff on second day that made my wife very happy. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff members!

  There were stains on the pillowcases upon arrival and we stayed in a dog friendly room, which we normally do. Typical Best Westerns dog friendly rooms do not smell like dog and there is no evidence that it is dog friendly. This room smelled like dog pee but we since we just stayed overnight we decided to open the window and go to sleep since it didn’t look like there was dog pee in the room. While at our final destination, we noticed an additional charge from Best Western. They charged us $16 for two washcloths. I used a washcloth to take my light mascara off and a washcloth to take light dirt off my feet after being in the car all day. These wash cloths were folded and remained in the bathroom when we left. When we called to ask about the charge, the lady on the phone told us we put tar on both washcloths from walking the track. We told her we don’t know where a track is and didn’t walk on a track, we arrived about 11 pm and left early the next morning. She stood by her opinion. Never in my life has a hotel charged us for using washcloths. I recommend this particular Best Western provide make up washcloths if they are going to charge for it. This was a first, and is going to be a last because we won’t stay there again and have never been charged at any other Best Western. I am a rewards member and am disappointed at this customer service.
