  Microwave and refrigerator. However, there IS NOT a coffee maker or coffee in the room. I travel heavily and this is the 1st hotel I've encountered without a coffee maker. When I complained at the front desk, I was told you have to request one. This is a deal breaker for me. However, they have clean rooms and friendly staff.

  The rooms were clean service great, got a suite and the hideaway bed was awful, felt bad, but my daughter made the best of it, gotta have better set up than that. King bed was comfy. But discourage using Suite with hideaway unless they fix that.

  How much did I pay for this room? Unfortunately we didn’t notice most things until we were already ready for bed. There was a used rag on the shelf where the blow dryer sits. Someone else’s conditioner on shower curtain. At least I hope it was conditioner. Wallpaper was lifted. Tub was yellowish. There was mold all around the shampoo/ conditioner holder in the shower. The one bed had lumps & wrinkles. Basically looked like it had the blankets pulled up from previous guests. What the heck y’all. Do better! I have pictures!

  The hotel itself is decent, but the service during my week-long stay has been highly inconsistent. I have had to call the front desk multiple times for basic things—like housekeeping and extra pillows—because requests keep getting lost or forgotten. While the staff is polite when you finally get ahold of them, the lack of follow-through makes for a frustrating experience. Hopefully, management can streamline their system so guests don't have to work so hard to get standard service. Because of these ongoing issues, I will definitely be looking at alternative lodging options on my next visit to Eugene.

  IF YOU ARE A TRUCK DRIVER, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR LOT OF THIS HOTEL AND LEAVE YOUR ENGINE IDLING! This hotel is directly adjacent to a residential neighborhood. Trucks that park in the rear lot are only a short distance from family homes. Despite repeated letters, phone calls, and in-person requests, the hotel has not addressed this ongoing problem. Engines are routinely left idling for extended periods, creating constant noise, diesel exhaust, and pollution that make it difficult for nearby residents to rest or sleep. Oregon law prohibits commercial motor vehicles from idling for more than five minutes within any continuous 60-minute period, except under specific exemptions, however those exemptions are only for temperature control and not to exceed 4 hours. Excessive engine noise violates local noise and pollution ordinances, this is a fact. If you choose to idle your truck in the rear lot, nearby residents will report the violation to law enforcement for investigation which can result in fines and for you to shut off your truck. If you are a truck driver looking for a place to stay, please consider a location that is not immediately adjacent to a residential neighborhood. Respecting the people who live nearby helps everyone.
