  Stay was great until wife was assaulted by a gentleman while she was in the hot tub because she kindly asked his children to stop roughhousing in said hot tub after the 10pm 'no children in pool area' time had elapsed. Said children were unattended at that, this guy came rushing in after they left. Wife when went to front desk for assistance, and instead of being of any help, they threatened to call the police on her because they didn't like the language she used when freaking out about being attacked by some random guy while she was in the hot tub. After she returned to our room in a panic and let me know what happened, she called her boss and explained things and we decided we had to leave as it was no longer safe to remain in the hotel. We went to leave, and one of the ladies at the front desk started screaming at my wife, then threatened to call the police on ME as well because she 'did not like my language' and I had to remind her that cursing was not illegal, nor was it a threat. Would I ever consider staying here again? Absolutely not. When the staff would rather threaten to call the police on a victim than someone attacking another guest, no. Also, no security cameras, and on-site security doesn't actually say or do anything unless someone is vandalizing their property, so good luck with them... If you value yours or your family's safety while visiting the coast, look elsewhere, as you won't find any safety here.

  The service here cannot be beat. These people are the nicest, most helpful hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! The breakfast is AMAZING and they truly take care of their guests!! Thank you Holiday Inn staff!! We will be back!!

  Had a great experience and stay at this hotel. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Shout out to Jeff for his nice greeting when we got here and checked in.

  We were very disappointed with the demeanor of the front desk staff. We made a reservation on booking.com. We have stayed at numerous other Holiday Inn Express hotels throughout Oregon. This is the first time the rooms weren't ready, and they stated it was because the entire hotel was being cleaned that day. It seems like poor planning not to count the reservations and have the rooms for that many reservations available. The front desk staff was not helpful at all, and acted like they were doing us a favor.

  Love the Beds in this place And the rates are more reasonable than Monterey! Excellent service from the front desk staff !
