  This place is disgusting they will allow you to book with no prepayment need then cancled ur stay without letting you know if you don’t let them charge ur card early I keep my cards locked so no one can make unauthorized charges just as this place attempts to do under the instruction of their general manager disgusting behavior I took my hard earned money and stayed at the holiday inn which is way cleaner doesn’t have disgusting human inside and bed bug free I can tell just from looking at the lobby the sure stay surely has bed bugs!!!

  Yes, I know the individual rankings don't add up to the 3 star, but this is more for who frequents this level of hotel. The rooms had everything, just a bit lower level than a Hilton or Marriott proper property. It's was very economical. The reason for the 3 star overall is due to the clientele. People in the pool and hot tub area in tshirts and shorts, not bathing suits. Kids in the pool jumping on inflatable air mattresses. The coffee, eggs, waffle batter, gravy running out before breakfast ended. The box springs blocking the north stairwell to the 4th floor, which I really hope was unoccupied due to fire code. The 3rd floor room was quiet, bed was adequate, shower water was hot. No extra linens for the sofa bed, but I'm sure those come upissing quite often. The bright spot is the gentleman night clerk with red hair. He was phenomenal helping find my reservation from a 3rd party vendor that reversed my name, to providing the extra linens for the hide a bed, and provided great service to any and all that came through the door. He is truly an asset to the site and management needs to do all they can before someone steals him from them.

  This is beyond disgusting. The coffee machine is inside the bathroom which is also a wet room in the ADA compliant room. We aren't disabled but ended up getting the ADA room. Not a big deal but having the coffee machine with the coffee and cups next to the toilet and shower.....eww. that coffee machine is full of air born feces and topped with hot steam from the showers. I'll give it 2 stars only because the room was very clean and staff was polite and welcoming.

  Comfortable rooms and wonderful service. The breakfast staff, in particular, was incredibly friendly and attentive.

  Aging hotel but comfi, safe and freindly. They should clean their carpets and vacuum the back stairwell....pretty 👎
