  I would just like to say the staff is great and doing to best with what they have. The hotel supposedly just went through a renovation. From what I can tell that means new floors and paint. They put in hardwood looking flooring with grooves while it looks like they can’t get it clean and it’s so dirty your feet turn black. We had 3 rooms and this was happening in every one of them. Other people were in the lobby complaining about this and were bringing down towel that were black from the floor. It was so gross you couldn’t not have your shoes on because your feet would turn black. The only lady goes the floor in my house that I don’t clean everyday aren’t even this dirty. I ended up asking for a mop and mopped it about five times myself and finally got it clean. The staff said it was because of the parking lot surface and the they sanitize it so it’s clean. It maybe germ “free” but that does not mean it’s clean. Entry/walking area in front of all the doors on the exterior is absolutely filthy and needs pressure washed. The ac units in the room are so old and smelly they are right next to the bathroom and smell like old dirty urine. I thought it was the bathroom. But then discovered it was the ac unit. We got locked out of our room twice and they could get it fixed so one person had to stay in the room at all times. The beds are absolutely awful hard and so worn out. The rooms with two beds are doubles and not queens so it’s quite tight. The pool was clean and very nice by the landscaping was just weeds. The lobby looked run down and not taken care of or very clean. Overall staff is great and pool is nice but that’s all this place has going for it. Don’t take your kids here. Ick. Super disappointing because best western used to be a tried and true trusted name, not anymore

  The dirty floor issue is still here. The picture of the rooms look carpeted and nice, but the one we got are cheap wood panel floors that will make your feet black if you walk on them. I’m realizing this has been an issue going back 9+ months, maybe longer if I keep scrolling. Everything else seems to have been wiped, but the floor is so dirty it’s like playing hot lava in your room. I expected a budget motel, but I didn’t realize it would feel so unsanitary. I should’ve looked into it more. You definitely should.

  Pros, swimming pool was good, nice staff, breakfast was good, water pressure good, parking lot good Cons, the hotel itself was dated, stayed for two nights and should have left after the first night because I could not sleep on old mattress that need replaced 5 years ago, feel the springs poking through and squeaking all night. And there was no tv channels available except pluto or free crap streaming, no local news or live sports or anything like netflix,ect., the walls are a little thin and the floor makes the bottom of your feet black, I wanted to give a better review but I would not stay here again

  Was charged $150.00 for what was supposed to be 2 nights. We were asked to leave after night 1. Then they tried to hit my debit card again for $163.23 .I had to cancel my card to keep them from stealing from me. The locals say this has happened many times that they have heard from others. We called corporate office and are waiting to hear back. If they don't call back;we will continue until something done

  This is a motel—not a “Best Western” experience by any means. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel/motel experiences I’ve ever had. We were assigned a room with hardwood flooring, but the floor was extremely dirty. After walking barefoot for just a short time, my kids’ feet turned black from the dirt. We were uncomfortable walking barefoot anywhere in the room because of how unclean the floor was. The air conditioner was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. On top of that, the bed sheets had an unpleasant smell. On positive side breakfast was above avg for this hotel Overall, the room did not feel clean or comfortable, and the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here if cleanliness and comfort are important to you. Update: found a 3 month old review from another traveler. Refer to attached image . Seems like it is recurring issue. I am going to report the matter to best western ceo as well
