- SCSteve Coffmen3 days ago5.0Amazing place to stay. Nice clean rooms. Property is old but rooms are very clean. Close to beach, Umpaqua river, grocery and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Our entry door had a large gap between it and the doorframe allowing bugs to come right in. The door frame along the latch side was cracked all the way through it like someone had tried to break into this room before. We were looking for an outlet under the table to plug in our laptop and found a pair of red panties. No, they weren't ours but somebody is missing them just like the last person to clean this room surely missed them. Was the room even cleaned? We did get the lady that checked us in to remove them. At approximately 12:24 AM the soap dispenser that was stuck on the wall of the tub came crashing down. A very disappointing stay at this hotel!

The TV was missing from our bedroom! the fireplace was broken. management was clueless told us to take it up with our credit card company. 0 customer service. Reporting to Best western, this is not acceptable by their standards.

The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, which is really all I needed after a long day of driving. The breakfast options were basic but hit the spot, though the hotel itself feels like it could use a little bit of a refresh soon. It is a solid choice if you just need a place to crash for the night without any frills.
