  Really nice location. Staff was very nice and kind, especially Douglas was quirky, funny and all smiles. Breakfast was delicious.

  I was a little concerned about staying here since I noticed it is under the I-5 bridge but rest assured it did not affect our sleeping in the least. We had two queen beds on the top floor overlooking the Columbia river from our balcony in the Mount bachelor section. The room was massive size. The property is spread over a large area. The clerk told me there was something like 350 rooms, I forgot the exact number. Security was constantly driving around the property. The beds were comfortable, and there was a large screen TV. There is not breakfast included however there is a restaurant on property and McDonald's and Taco Bell is within walking distance. It was an extremely good value. Keep in mind. The property is old and they are probably working on upgrading it.

  Not really a fan if im honest. Nothing really near this place of any note. Have to drive to everything. An Uber ride will get you into downtown Portland in about 15min. Really hate the paid breakfast and coffee concept. How is it that all over the country i get free coffee and breakfast at any other IHG properties and here its $5 dollars for a coffee... plus 10 or 12 for a meal... get out of here. They are not the only location that does this but its very few and far between. Parking lot is huge and monitored by security cars. It can easily accommodate a semi. Im a platinum member that checked in under someone else, but I feel like if the hotel is mostly empty you don't have to assign a room facing the loud freeway, especially on a multi-day stay.

  am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding my recent overnight stay with my two teenage granddaughters at the Holiday Inn Columbia Riverfront. Given the total cost of over $500 for the room and meals, the level of service and quality fell far below expectations. I encountered several significant issues during our stay: - Misinformation Regarding Late Check-Out: When booking, I was advised that joining the IHG Rewards program entitled me to a 4:00 p.m. check-out. However, upon arrival, front desk staff informed me the latest available check-out was 2:00 p.m., offering no apology for the misleading information provided during phone reservation. - Inoperable Heating and Inflexible In-Room Amenities: Our room remained extremely cold all night, never rising above 67 degrees. When I called the front desk the next morning, I was informed that over 100 rooms require a maintenance technician to manually switch the system from A/C to heat via a ceiling panel. When I suggested placing informational cards near the thermostats to inform guests, the maintenance technician argued with me and was quite rude. Furthermore, the television lacked basic streaming or pay-per-view options. - Poor Quality Breakfast/Room Service: I spent over $100 on room service, which was delivered in paper bags and styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. The food was cold, and the Eggs Benedict was inedible, featuring thin lunch meat instead of Canadian bacon and an untoasted English muffin. Throughout these situations, no staff member apologized for our discomfort or offered to make things right.

  Ein sehr großes Hotel in der Nähe der Autobahnbrücke. Wir hatten zum Glück ein ruhiges, großes Zimmer mit sehr schönem Panoramablick auf den Fluss. Durch die umstehenden Bäume, sind vor allem die Balkone leider voll mit Insekten und Spinnenweben, - was die Sauberkeit der gesamten Außenanlage etwas trübt. Außerdem hatten wir ein Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant für extra (25$ p.P.) dazu gebucht und mussten leider eine sehr enttäuschende und frustrierende Erfahrung machen: Als wir morgens im Restaurant ankamen, sagte die Dame uns, wir können ein Essen von der Karte und ein Getränk wählen. Wir bestellten ein Avocadotoast, ein Omlett und 2 Latte Macchiato. Geschmacklich war das Frühstück auf einem sehr geringen Niveau. Als wir dann gehen wollten, sagte man uns auf einmal, dass die beiden Latte noch bezahlt werden müssen... Wieso das denn?? Wofür haben wir im Vorfeld 50$ gezahlt?! Das Essen hätte uns, laut Karte, sogar nur 35$ gekostet! Nun haben wir insgesamt 65$ für ein minderwertiges Frühstück gezahlt. Buchen Sie nur das Hotel, denn das Frühstück ist ein Witz!
