  WARNING to EVERYONE check underneath your beds! There’s bed bugs at this location. Waiting on my refund still. It’s ridiculous because the graveyard shift manager didn’t really care. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years; it’s sad to see this!! Be careful!!

  The hotel staff is the best part of this place. Lisa May was very nice and accommodating. I arrived late at night tired, on my way home from a long business trip, needing a place to sleep for the night that was safe and wouldn’t have to worry about my motorcycle being messed with. They had security running patrols 24/7 and let me park my motorcycle near the front. The environment was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant staff was amazing and the food was delicious. The outdoor pool and spa looked very inviting and if I would have brought a swimsuit with me I would definitely have enjoyed it lol. I will be back and will bring my family for a nice weekend getaway.

  Holiday Inn Portland - Columbia Riverfront was a great value for a relaxing getaway near Portland. The riverfront setting is really nice, especially having an outdoor balcony with a view. We had a special time here, and I liked that the area felt a little more laid-back while still being close to Portland. The amenities were better than I expected for the price. The outdoor pool was great, although it could get pretty crowded. The restaurant and bar had good food, the gym was decent, and the service was mostly good. Some of the employees could have been a little more welcoming or friendly, but we didn’t have any major service issues. The biggest downside was the room itself. Even in an upgraded room, the sheets felt noticeably cheap, the walls were a little thin, and you can definitely hear planes flying overhead. Still, between the view, balcony, pool, location, and overall value, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

  We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Portland – Columbia Riverfront! The location along the Columbia River is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing waterfront views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location also made it easy to explore Portland, Vancouver, and nearby attractions like Multnomah Falls. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the Portland area!

  A comfortable riverfront stay with a few extra amenities in its travel arsenal. The room was clean, nicely sized, and the bed was extremely comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The property sits directly along the Columbia River, with a walking path behind the hotel that makes it easy to enjoy the waterfront. There are also tennis and pickleball courts on-site, along with a spacious lobby, restaurant, and bar area. The room included a large TV, work desk, seating area, and an in-room safe. Overall, a clean and relaxing place to stay with a great location by the river. Restful, it was—and strong with comfort, the bed certainly was.
