We proudly brought over 400 guests and I was amazed at the service, attention to detail and accommodations that we were provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for future events. The food and drinks were delicious, but the customer service was outstanding! Thank you Holiday Inn!

The rooms are smaller and there is no real walkable area with kids. I wouldn't say this place is dog friendly either, there is no real place for your pup to go potty or play It was a meh for the price but it was a nice location. If you were going to the Portland area, and only needing a room to crash in, this place would be it
- DCDLC CJun 8, 20261.0We were given a room on the side of the hotel closest to the bridge and I-5 with a view of shipping containers (see photo). The traffic on the bridge was VERY loud and we didn't sleep all night. The fan from the AC was malfunctioning and would turn on and off even though we set the control to constant. I provided feedback to the front desk manager, who was dismissive and told me The traffic noise was a recurring complaint from customers. She made further defensive comments and at the end gave me an insincere apology. Almost all of the staff we interacted with seemed indifferent and unhappy. Won't be staying here again. Very poor customer service and condition of hotel is average.
- DGDoug G.Jun 8, 20263.0When we pulled up, we wondered what we'd gotten ourselves into. The whole area is gritty and depressing. The Holiday Inn is run-down and haggard. Fortunately, the rooms were okay - not great, but clean and serviceable. Terrible shower, but good beds. Unfortunately, we got two queens when we booked one king. We stayed here because it was cheap; you get what you pay for.
