  Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the level of customer service. I especially want to recognize the General Manager, Patrick. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and genuinely made us feel welcomed and appreciated as guests. You can tell he takes pride in the hotel and in the experience he provides to people staying there. His attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a difference. A great GM can completely change the experience of a hotel, and he is absolutely one of those people. He deserves a huge amount of credit for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

  Bedsheets have lot of dirt and black spots, bathroom is dirty and have fungus on corners, sink faucet water is just flowing very slow, complaint but no one show up to fix sink water problem

  Hotel is great for an economy hotel. The few problems were- 1. Exercise room had no sanitation wipes for equipment. 2. The view of the trailer park is not great but does have nice mature trees. 3. Only one elevator that worked when I was here but is a potential single point of failure. 4. Late checkout was not communicated to housekeeping and they knocked on door before checkout time. The key did work on the extended time. 5. Only 2 towels for a 2 bedroom suite. I would think 4 should be standard. 6. Not enough towel hangers. There is none on the back of the door like most hotelsvm have. Great thing were- 1. Breakfast was best I have had at economy hotel. 2. Checkin and status recognition was one of the best have experienced. 3. Both bed were very comfortable. 4. Air was great in master because could control temperature and constant fan but bed in main room was on thermostat that did not allow as much control. 5. Hottub was big and clean. This is what puts this hotel over the top of most I have reviewed. Overall was a great stay for an economy hotel at reasonable price.
