  We checked in on August 20 at around 3:00 p.m. and were immediately told to wait. The Black woman with the orange hibiscus flower in her hair or by her ear was not welcoming at all. There was no one else around checking in besides us, yet we received no greeting, no smile, and no sense of hospitality. The entire interaction felt awkward and uncomfortable, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. She definitely needs additional training in customer service and how to make guests feel welcome. It was an awful first impression and not the kind of experience anyone expects when arriving at a hotel. Thankfully, the lady who checked us out the next day was much more pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The difference in customer service was very noticeable.

  Bad service unkind persons and the Black lady with the orange hibiscus 🌺 in her ear was not welcoming and looked like she hated her job. No hi no thank you no smile. Awful customer service.

  Close to many shops and fast food. Breakfast had a pancake machine. fruits yogurt, meats, eggs. Opens at 630 on the dot. But coffee is outside to grind your own. Ask for room service if staying a few days, as they do not do daily. if want milk in coffee, take cartoon to room so have next day before 630. pool water cold; jacuzzi not working. Sat, we did have breakfast not open till later as no help. But did get going an hour later or so. Nice people doing the best they can. price room goes up on weekends 20.00 would stay again if needed area.

  Maybe I'm the one-off because HOW is this hotel a 4.1 review. -but my hotel room IS HORRIBLE. Stains on the sofa, stains on the bed, broken drawer. When asked about moving rooms because of the above mentioned the front desk said no rooms until tomorrow...and "we can't fix the drawer right now because there no engineer here" (it's 10pm at night...) and then told me "don't lose the screws" Uhmm I'm not responsible for the screws of a cattywompass drawer in a dirty hotel room. General Manager not in until 3pm tomorrow - Check out at 11am so we will not be here anymore.

  I was looking for something inexpensive with free parking and breakfast, on that front it delivered. But the lobby had a distinct smell of cat pee, the lock in our room was broken, the baseboard was no longer attached to the wall in places, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the shower curtain moldy. The breakfast was Holiday Inn standard, pretty good nothing stellar, they had the pancake machine my mom loves. The pool and hot tub were clean, only half the jets worked in the hot tub. The gym was clean.
