  Customer service is just ok. Water not hot, then when I called the front desk he stated he would come help and never did. Then the next day tried to confront me about hanging up the phone in his face when the initial conversation was over. That's really unprofessional.

  Check in was super slow, front desk person already breaking rules with guest he helped before me. Get to our room, our sink wont drain so we couldn't wash hands or brush teeth. Pool/spa were great and open until midnight. Said they have sauna but it didnt appear to work. Middle of the night my phone dropped behind the bed. So nasty back there! Found someone's old nasty thong, cigarette butts and trash. Imagine my horror at touching someone's nasty underwhere and not having a workings sink. On further inspection we also had a broken wall outlet. Went down stairs for breakfast only to find it closed since front desk did not bother to tell us what time it closes Update: hotel also refused to cooperate with travel agency saying they offered to change me rooms when I wasn't since I checked out as scheduled. Don't stay here

  So first lets talk about the good. Hot water, clean beds, close to the freeway, and friendly staff. Now the bad. The area is somewhat shady at night, makes me feel like i wouldnt walk around to explore. Both washer and dryers were out of service. The sink faucet handles did not completly shut off. Windows were stained with some sort of film. Over all, i stayed there 3 nights and it did what it was supposed to do. But I feel the pictures online are a little misleading.
