We had a small issue with our room (air conditioning malfunction) and Harry at the front desk had us in a new room within 5 minutes and was incredibly kind and pleasant. We would absolutely come again!

My 90-year-old mother would be trapped in the room in case of a fire. Also the beds are very high...too high for us. I think this hotel is clean and modern but designed by young people for other young people.I can't recommend for anyone disabled, but otherwise it's nice. The patio seating area is terrific, all staff have been friendly and very helpful. Iced spa water is a nice touch. We like the hand soap.

The bed is perhaps the best part. This is probably the best bed I’ve had outside some very expensive luxury hotels. It is very high up, has great pillows, and a nice firm mattress. The only couple downsides are that light can shine in from beside the air conditioner, and there is no pen and pad provided. Otherwise, a great stay.
