The hotel lobby was a very beautiful lobby. The hotel staff were nice, when they see you coming with luggage they leave there desk to come help you in, something we had not experianced at any other BW. The area around the hotel made it difficult at times to get to our hotel as well as its not a great area, but the hotel was secure and nothing bad happened. Our room exceeded our expectations and the hotel amenities were amazing. My only con was the overnight staff parked under the awning blocking a very large portion of it for ppl to park and load the next morning something that made it very difficult for us as there is not alot of front parking, this is something that was a huge draw back for us.
