- MSM Sims4 days ago5.0In a moment of disparity, after riding motorcycles for 400 miles and a huge mixup, crystal in Pendleton was able to make accommodations. Without the top-notch customer service she provided we would’ve felt like just regular folks. She was great and the amenities were fantastic. Will recommend.

They had some stupid automatic blinds that would only roll down half way so it was very bright inside this room, no sleeping. Shower did not get hot after 15 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately very poor experience. Was told the manager was not working until tue next day. Sent them an initial email and a follow up email. Never received a response.
- GGGJun 20, 20261.0I travel all around the country and have stayed at many different hotels. This is one of the worst IHG properties I have encountered. The overall upkeep and cleanliness is unacceptable. The staff is very friendly, but their early checkout penalty is terrible. It is a scam. It is a rogue policy unique to this location and it penalizes fire crews that have to change locations.
- PGPaul GuentherJun 13, 20263.0The room is great, the mattress in our room is fairly new (no dents in it). The bathroom ihss a small problem in my opinion, the counter in the bathroom is probably 6 foot long, the sink is in the middle and because they have a mirror that basically runs the full length of that counter the hand soap dispenser is rather far from the sink. The other problem I have with this hotel is there's only 1 ice machine in the building and it's on the top floor. I will say I believe they're still doing updates to the property but there needs to be an ice machine at least on the bottom floor. If someone is handicapped, they won't be going up to the third floor to get ice they might need.
