The only exception was the front desk supervisor who called us as we were traveling back home after checking out, very aggressive about the fact that the housekeeper found some dog hair in the room and tried to charge us $150. We have a licensed service pet! The manager of the hotel; however, was very sweet and apologized for the experience, so we would stay there again and recommend this place!

When I checked out, Tiffanie was as friendly and helpful as the people last night. We will stay here again when we drive thru again.
