  This hotel has improved immensely in the past few years. The room was updated and clean. More importantly: The woman at the front desk was an angel. She thanked me for my room choice when the elevator was out of service. Then, when she saw I had more than I could carry, she quickly came to my aid and helped me to my room. She didn't offer, she just simply picked up my bag. It was the kindest, BEST service I've EVER had at any hotel, and I've been IHG gold member for several years. You see, my dad had passed the night before I checked in. I wasn't traveling for fun. The kindness this woman showed was wonderful and we could use more kindness in this fast paced world

  I want to start off by saying that the staff was amazing. Jamie (I believe that was her name) checked us in Wednesday night July 8th and I have only good things to say about her. She was friendly, personable, professional, and helpful. I didn't catch anyone else's name but they were all great. There was a man at the desk with Jamie when we checked in and he was really friendly and helpful. The woman doing breakfast and the man who was helping her (he said he was front desk) were also very nice. Also the breakfast was quite good. Now the stuff I'm not a fan of. The elevator is out of order and apparently from what I heard from someone who has stayed there recently it's been out for at least multiple weeks? That's unacceptable. We had to carry all of our bags up the stairs. And the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It's 2026, how can you have such terrible Wi-Fi? Also unacceptable. And the bathroom was tiny. The door swinging open barely cleared the front of the toilet so opening it or closing it while you're inside the bathroom is very awkward.

  This hotel is is in a fantastic spot if you like aquariums. They are right across the street from the Aquarium Village for the Oergon State Aquarium. The rooms are clean, breakfasts are for everyone and the pool and hot tub are both inside, right across the hall from their gym. The staff is more than polite, familiar with the area, and happy to accommodate guests! Even their cleaning staff are very professional and put the guests first. The only downside for us, was that we got a suite and had expected that to be separate rooms for living area and bedroom. This location has it designed as one large room with pony walls to separate the areas. I dont think it makes a difference to many, but if you were hoping for more privacy from the kids, be aware, and it can also make it harder if both tvs are going at once. Overall, I am sure that the kids and I will be staying here again and recommend that you do too!

  It is nobody's desire to check in to a hotel at 11 pm, after a long day of driving and sight seeing, to be told their room is on the 4th floor and the elevator doesn't work. A courtesy call earlier in the day saying it would be understood if we found better accomodations, would have been nice. Offering 500 points for the inconvenience is appalling. My parents are seniors and my mom has trouble with stairs. She had to climb all those flights just to get to our room, after our long day. They were given an extra star because the breakfast was good.
