  Here's some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property for my wedding. There were many aspects of our stay that we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel is in a great location, close to quite a few unique places for tourists to visit. Many guests in my group had never been to the area before and really enjoyed the views, as well as the excellent service we received. We also greatly appreciated that we were not bothered by staff and were given plenty of privacy. Additionally, the continental breakfast was exceptional, offering many seating choices and a variety of meal options that changed every day. However, I do have a couple of concerns I wanted to bring to your attention. While the swimming pool and hot tub are a decent size, the chlorine levels in both were extremely high. It was difficult for anyone in my party to sit in the hot tub or enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, due to the high chlorine levels, I actually had several blood vessels in my right eye pop the day before my wedding. Additionally, it would be wonderful if the hotel could implement designated adult-only swim times. During our stay, the pool was bombarded with children who were incredibly loud and rude, making it difficult for the adults in our group to relax.

  Great place to stay for Aquarium and shops. Had weird incidents with ants in the morning but the staff was nice and took care of it. Other than that everything was great. Good breakfast.

  We arrived at 5:45 and our room wasn’t ready. Jamie at the front desk was very apologetic and offered to store our luggage while we went to dinner. She then arranged for the general manager to give us some extra points for our inconvenience. This hotel handled this unfortunate situation perfectly!

  Tried to review this on their website, bit after only getting a blank white screen everytime, I figured I would review on here. Only giving 2 stars and not one because the lady at the front desk was very nice. Horrible experience here. I reserved two rooms. Both were double queen beds, but my teenager decided he wanted his own bed, so I asked if they had a rollaway bed or anything available, and I was told it would be in my room for me. I also asked for extra towels, and was also told they would be in the room waiting for me. I showed up, and sure enough they were not in the room. I asked the lady at the front desk, and she assured me around 3:45 pm that they would be up to my room soon to give the stuff for me. That was a flat out lie. 7:30 pm rolls around and we still have no bed or extra towels and my room was extremely hot even with the A/C turned all the way so I went downstairs to complain and was told there was in fact no extra bed available. I was told twice there was one, so definitely frustrating. As for the A/C, they would not send someone to look at it, just gave me a box fan and said they would give me extra points as an apology when I checked out. So after a horrible night's sleep in a warm room with a box fan blasting, I ate the mediocre at best breakfast and left. Then noticed that I was in fact not given any extra bonus points. All in all, Horrible experience and will not stay here again!!! Worst IHG experience I have ever had.
