- SDShyam DoddiAug 29, 20261.0I had an awful experience with the manager of this property, I normally stay at IHG hotels, but this manager stood out for her bad attitude and customer service. Before checking in, I had an issue and spoke with the IHG team, a case was opened and I was told it will be settled once the manager arrived the next day. So I present her the case number to which she denies any responsibility and explicitly says that the IHG just opens cases to escape from talking to the customer any further, and that having a case does not mean she can solve it, apparently there's no communication between the services department, IHG and medford property manager. Besides being disrespectful by not considering the case, she was very rude throughout the conversation.

We were checking out if our hotel and our car was broken into in the span of 20 minutes. Our luggage was stolen, and when we asked the hotel for help looking at security footage- they simply said “we don’t have any cameras outside” and offered nothing else for us. I would not recommend people stay here- not only because there is a risk that your stuff will be stolen from your car in broad daylight so soon as you step away from it, but also the hotel offers nothing in the sense of security making it an unsafe and sketchy place to stay.
