I checked out a day early and I have been going back and forth trying to get refunded for the night that I didn’t stay there. I am also trying to get a receipt to submit to my employer as this was a work trip. I’m spending my day off getting kicked back and forth from booking.com to My place hotel, each saying it’s not their responsibility. Also, what good is a suite with a kitchen, but not a single utensil or pan or plate. What good is a coffee pot with no filters.
