  I'm giving it 5 stars for several reasons. It's convenient, it's right next to a diner, and close to Medford's Medical center. I travel with a dog, so generally those rooms are clean, neat but without frills. It is a quiet location but anyone else with dogs will be housed close by. Receptionist was great. Warm, welcoming and informative.

  Location of hotel is in a location where really it only has one way to it. So you do have to go in circles if you miss it. Rooms are nice but could use a renovation. We got a very spacious room so it was really nice, but did end up with some issues that needed to be repaired as we didn’t want to move to a smaller room. Service was best overall. Staff was very accommodating and really put an effort to fix issue. Appreciate the help and service.

  This hotel was ok, we mostly booked it for the outdoor pool. The queen beds are on the smaller side. We had a bunch of ants in our room, and after returning from a day of baseball, our room smelled like someone had been smoking weed in the room below us or next to us.

  Front Desk: Great! Rosey was friendly and helpful! She was juggling several check-ins while coordinating with other staff to verify that rooms were ready. She stayed calm and pleasant despite all that was going on. Rosey was also very helpful with questions I called about before our arrival! Location: Well, it's literally beside the I-5 on ramp. It sits on a major road. So, concrete all around. There is a restaurant next door serving B/L/D. Traffic is very heavy (but the rooms are well insulated so noise is not an issue).Breakfast is included in the breakfast room of the hotel. I can't comment on it since we didn't partake. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, either. Housekeeping: Awful! After we checked in, there was a knock on the door and a woman burst in as I reached to open the door (after calling out to "wait" after her quick knock). My instinct was to yell out and grab the door. As I told her to stop, she kept pushing her way in. I had to step in front of her to stop her from pushing in. She said she was housekeeping (good to know she wasn't someone breaking in after she was already in the door) and had to check the room. I told her again to stop and she tried to go around me to "see if the fridge was empty"...WHAT? I said, "No, leave". She was literally pushing past me. I'm recovering from an injury and don't need to be stopping someone from pushing me. She was rude and pushy (physically as well as verbally). Earlier, I asked another housekeeper for the toiletries our room was missing. She was very kind and trying to help when a male housekeeping supervisor brushed past me and started fussing at her in Spanish and gesturing to the open door to the room she was cleaning. The maid seemed worried and said something while looking at me. He fussed at her again and walked away. He never addressed me or apologized for interrupting. WHAT THE HECK? Once you get past the front desk, it's all downhill. We were stuck there because it was Graduation Weekend and there were no hotels for miles. But, this treatment towards guests and other staff is unacceptable. It's RUDE! Never again...

  The staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety- freshly made pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola, eggs and bacon, just to name a few. The beds were comfy. And the cleaning staff were quick and efficient. The one thing that I would say could improve this hotel is some rooms with low barrier showers. My mom used a third party to make this reservation and was told that they could accommodate her need for a low barrier shower and a room on the main floor. But that third party lied to her. The hotel does not have any low barrshowers. The third party also did not have a ground floor room secured for her. And there is no elevator. So if that is a need, I would advise calling the hotel directly. The front desk people are great, so they will do whatever they can to help you. The hotel is located just off I5 and has a nice restaurant with American style food right across the parking lot.
