  The interior of the hotel was very dirty. Breakfast area filthy and no one was cleaning after spills or messes. Wall mounted sanitizer dispensers empty. Great location and rooms were not bad but not a clean facility.

  Service was great. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful, my main complaint is with the hotel room and general facilities. The ceilings are super thin, so I was kept up by whoever was upstairs, and we were nervous about walking around because we didn’t want to disturb the people in the room below us. Sink drained slowly. The “dog” area is kind of terrible. It’s mostly just rocks, and our entire three night stay the garbage in there was overflowing. There were cigarette butts all over the dog area.

  We had a really bad experience at this hotel! I was in crutches and they initially placed us in a room quite far from the elevator. Then that room's shower was not working. I had an extensive care process for my injury at the time that I had started, but had to wrap up to let them in to verify the broken shower. Then of course we had to change the actual room. Back to treating my leg, but much later in the night now :( In the morning talked to the front desk, initial guy was super nice and understanding. Then the manager came in and said because we used booking.com he wouldn't give us any concessions. Finally the nice guy helped us get to a place where if we submitted via booking.com we'd get some refund! Manager agreed in person too yay. Noooo manager low key lied they first ghosted us (booking.com told us) and then they flat out rejected it. So yeah wouldn't recommend this place honestly never met people like this before kind of disillusioning :|

  About a mile from Roads End beach access- right at the begining of Lincoln City. Service was absolutely splendid- staff are extremely accommodating and kind. Hot tub was out of commission, but the pool was excellent for the kiddos. Complementary breakfast was great 😍 The whole family was satisfied. The rooms could use some updating and the cleaning was a little subpar. Otherwise, wouldn't mind staying at this location again.

  This was by far my worst experience with a holiday inn hotel. The bedding, towels, and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, and the walls are paper thin. I had asked to not be in a room with an ajoining door, but that’s exactly what they did even after telling me they can put me in a room without one. You can hear everything from people walking in the hallways to conversation from the people staying in the room next to you. Do not stay here.
