- AMAmanda Moore5 days ago5.0We had Ana amazing stay for the 4th of July weekend. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed having a balcony. My kids enjoyed the daily breakfast options. The variety was nice for a free hotel breakfast. Internet was speedy. The fresh baked cookie in the evening was a sweet touch. We will be back.
- BBBusy BeeJun 28, 20261.0I dont want to be this guy, but my experience here cheated me out of a lot of money. When I booked the hotel with points, my screen showed it was free across the board minus the points. But my receipt and confirmation said it cost money. So trying to deal with that, I called customer support and they said unless I had proof, which I didnt since why would I have thought id need to prove my nights were free, been going to this franchise for a decade but I digress, they couldn't help me. But also the GM made it clear that even if I did have proof, they wouldnt help me cause it would take from her account. Which is messed up on several levels. Sad to say I wont be going to the Best Western anymore, no matter how nice they are.
- CCC CJun 27, 20264.02nd floor nice room. Was glad to see a walk in shower. There wasn't a handicap grab bar in the shower and only a very small shelf for soap, shampoo/conditioner. Would have been nice to have a grab bar and an extra shelf for shower necessities, also no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Did notice when 1st walking into the room that there wasn't an odor. Some of the cleaning solutions can be offensive. No Bible in the room. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Five or ten minutes after getting into the room the fire alarm went off. Per employees they blamed it on the construction work on the property. For the price paid for a one nite stay should of at least had a toilet paper holder and a properly working air conditioner.

- DFDustee FutschikJun 19, 20262.0Very dated hotel. Sheets, floor, and couch were dirty. We slept on towels over the sheet. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled but our sink did not drain and my sister’s room did not flush properly. Breakfast is the normal complimentary hotel breakfast which was fine.
