  We really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to staying here again. The rooms are very nice and clean and the breakfast was a win for the family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The hallways were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The maids were amazing with cleaning our room and keeping us with plenty of clean towels. I highly recommend this hotel the next time you’re in the area.

  The food service was a bit subpar. The bacon was badly burnt, and the eggs were "not quite right" but im not holding back stars because it can't all be perfect, but the bacan was charred and brittle.

  Ok, first off, if you're looking for quiet, then this isn't the place for you. Pretty much all rooms are going to hear the freeway. Other than that, I really liked this property. It's would only have garnered a 3 star review, but Ryan at the desk earned them another star. He really went out of his way to try to help me before and during my stay. A few things I learned: the King multi room suite is actually a REALLY big room with very little division between the bed areas, so don't expect privacy. Also, if you're quiet, you can soak your bones after 10.

  We chose this location because they have a room with a king bed and 2 queens. We paid $120 and 14k points. Without points, it was almost $200. For that much, I wouldn't expect to find a coffee table held together with duct tape and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The king bedframe was 8 inches from the wall and had to be moved. Breakfast was so packed that you couldn't move. That's not the hotel's fault, per se, but if it's a common occurrence, maybe the dining room needs to be expanded or have some kind of overflow seating. Edited to respond to the owner: I was in town to see my oncologist and undergo additional testing. By the time we were settled in the room and noticed the issues, it was past 9 pm and our children were getting ready for bed. As far as breakfast, where in the lobby is there extra seating? There was a small table with 3 chairs that was being used by a woman on her laptop using it as a desk. The breakfast room was on the first floor so is there a basement level that houses the meeting room? If that's the case, why wasn't staff informing people there was additional seating? How was anyone supposed to know?
