Pretty decent hotel, room nice and clean. Just the location is not the best really close to the freeway and it’s really loud.

The check in and check out process was easy. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect so slept very well. There was no outside noise. And the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a good selection every morning including biscuits and sausage gravy. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The hotel was close to restaurants and easy access to the highways.

So I always look over the room before we get settled. That bathtub was not scrubbed down as it has grim on it and as a professional cleaner I know its not hard to clean a tub that someone is playing to use. Our TV didnt work and had to get help at the front desk yes they took care of that issue but I most likely wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness of the tub itself

Absolutely disgusting smelly hotel. When we asked to change our room they declined and when I made a complaint the employee said “What else do you have for me” and told my husband “the lady has a whole list of complaints”. Horrible and disgusting experience. Edit: Because the owner wants to lie in the response. We stayed there before a roadtrip and when we asked to change rooms because it smelled disgusting they declined. So on our way back after the trip we called to cancel since we didn’t want to suffer again and was met with a rude employee trying to argue. Maybe share with the staff that being a decent person is part of working in customer servie.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel🏨! The hotel🏨 offers free parking 🅿️ , which was very convenient. The front desk staff, Greg, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming. He warmly asked about our trip and took the time to understand our room preferences.👏 The hotel also has a fitness room and swimming pool, and both were clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast 🧇 was excellent, with plenty of choices, including hot food, fresh fruit 🍎 , and more. The hotel 🏨 is also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the overall experience. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to the highway, so it may not be the best choice for light sleepers. The room provides complimentary earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch, but unfortunately, they were not enough to completely block out the traffic noise. Overall, we had a great experience👍!
