My room was full of ants. Like hundreds of ants. Staff did not issue a refund. Didn't seem to care.

Clean, modern, nice room, but avoid the breakfast burrito. HIGHLY SPICED meat, messy and time consuming to make, ( especially if there’s a line) not very good.

First time staying at this location in mid-July. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and metculously clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The included breakfast had a little bit of something for everybody and was a great way to get our day started. Little requests for extra towels or an extra blanket were fulfilled quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used airline miles to pay for our room and we ran into a problem with one of the behind the scenes companies that processes our airline miles and pays the hotel directly for our stay. The manager Mandi and her staff ended up working for many hours over a couple of days calling the behind the scenes vendors while we worked the problem from the front end via the airline. Mandi and her staff apologized for the inconvenience and the problem, though they, nor the hotel, were the cause of the problem. They really went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We were able to resolve the problem with the airline once we returned home, and we are very appreciative of above- and-beyond efforts and great customer service Mandi and her staff provided. Plenty of shops, restaurants and a grocery store were conveniently located. Plentiful free parking at the hotel. Nice area of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area and were able to explore some of Oregon's natural beauty. Would stay at this property again next time we're in the area.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The rooms smell like mildew and are dirty. The hotel staff are rude, we also witnesses hotel staff vaping in the lobby at night. Housekeeping comes when they please, they do not put trash liners in the trash bins. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, my children are left traumatized after dealing with hotel staff. They will violate your privacy. Would give zero stars if I could. After speaking with Best Western corporate they did not seem interested and showed any sign of concern despite their name being in the building. Avoid this trap hotel. The manager accused me and my family of damaging the carpet in one of our rooms but refused to show me what she was talking about. I asked her multiple times to show me the damage and she refused. I told her multiple times that if we damaged something, I will pay for it, but I am not going to be ok with it if you can’t even show me the damage. The hotel owner demanded I agree to pay him $400 over the phone or he would call the police. I was already half packed and on my way at this point. Despite telling the manager we are going to leave and we are packing, the hotel owner continued to shout through the phone at the manager to call the police. The whole event felt like a shakedown. Not to mention, the hotel decided to address this at 9:00pm and woke me up to do so. They ended up charging me for carpet in both rooms despite being told it was one room and being present when they demanded to “search” my other room there was no damage mentioned at this time. Corporate refuses to get involved despite their name being on the building. I will never do business with another Best Western again. Please be weary of placing a card on file for incidentals, apparently the hotel can just charge you whatever they want and there is nothing that can be done.

Ants in the room. They did not clean the room, even when requested. Called for clean towels. Was told to come downstairs and pick them up. Charged the card$50 over the printed receipt. Location very convenient to I5
