- CGChad Guthrie4 days ago1.0Such a bad experience. Hands down worst room I have EVER been in! It was dirty, smelled horrible, and had the most uncomfortable furniture (Stains included!) The bedding was ripped, the carpet was torn, the shower had trash in the broken drain! The TV is a 13" from 1992! The bed was super uncomfortable and all the pillows were so worn out they had 0 support! They refused to give me a refund after I checked out at 2am with no other suite available. Oh and this was their most expensive room, too!!

Each and every time being met by friendly staff who genuinely care about my experience. I couldn’t imagine this level of hospitality at such an affordable price but it consistently happens every single time. I finally reached out to the manager of the location, (Doug Bradley) to say thank you for the amazing way I am treated . Doug Bradley is a legend of the hospitality game. It is one thing to manage a hotel and choose to do your very best every day, it is truly next level to lead an entire staff to do the same. I don’t think “Thank you” and 5 stars are enough, but that and my earned loyalty is all I have. Thank you.

- CFCaleb ForsythJul 24, 20265.0Talked to a guy named Shemayah on 7/23 around 9:20pm about needing to cancel a reservation that evening due to a cancel flight. He was polite and looked up the refund policy. He informed me that after 6pm there is no refund but I asked if there was anyway to use it on a different day. He said he would call up his supervisor and put me on hold. After a few minutes he let me know that his supervisor was going to do a one time full refund. I thanked him and am putting a 5 star review and am a member with the Holiday inn.
