- CFCaleb Forsyth3 days ago5.0Talked to a guy named Shemayah on 7/23 around 9:20pm about needing to cancel a reservation that evening due to a cancel flight. He was polite and looked up the refund policy. He informed me that after 6pm there is no refund but I asked if there was anyway to use it on a different day. He said he would call up his supervisor and put me on hold. After a few minutes he let me know that his supervisor was going to do a one time full refund. I thanked him and am putting a 5 star review and am a member with the Holiday inn.

Breakfast is provided and the coffee station is well stocked. Coffee and juice stations are a little cramped to navigate around. Good place to stay if traveling.

Although they lacked available rooms, they successfully arranged accommodations for everyone. They showed patience and understanding, making arrangements without confirmed bookings. The breakfast, rooms, and customer service were all of exceptional quality. Jamie delivered outstanding service, personally ensuring that my son and I were comfortable. Manager Michael kindly provided a complimentary room due to Greyhound's failure to secure one for us, exemplifying their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Had a view of a cement wall. Also continuous noise from maybe a mechanical room. Overall a good stay. But as a rewards member, I shouldn't have been stuck in the corner with no view and lots of noise.
