  We booked a multi-night stay here so I could recover from surgery, but it turned into a terrible experience. The quality of the furniture is very poor and severely dated, and the mattress is old, sagging, and desperately needs to be replaced. To make matters worse, we found hair in the shower upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the kitchen setup was inadequate for a longer-term stay. ​Because the conditions were so poor, we ended up checking out a whole two days early. While we did receive a credit for the unused nights, we shouldn't have had to deal with this in the first place, especially while trying to recover from a medical procedure. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort, and given the experience, some additional form of compensation or credit was warranted. Would not recommend.

  I had called the front desk and specifically requested first floor. After arriving, they put me on the 2nd floor way in the back. After checking into my room, I noticed the carpet was very dirty along with a lot of stains. The pull in for trailer parking was a little confusing because a sign clearly states Church parking only. Wasn’t quite sure where to park.

  We have stayed at this hotel many times because they have always been very hospitable and the rooms are always very clean and nice. They serve a full hot delicious breakfast that has always been wonderful that makes the price very reasonable. We will always recommend 100% and return every time we visit Grants pass!!!

  We have family in Grants Pass and we travel with dogs. This hotel is one of our favorites out of all the hotels we have stayed in within the United States. Clean, professional, welcoming. The dog rooms are always top notch compared to other hotels. Love love love this hotel.

  I googled Best Western Inn at the rogue and dialed the number I was provided. When I went to check in, they gave me a check-in sheet for $114 which they had me initial and signed. Then suddenly he said that I had made the reservations with a third-party. They did took the sheet and would not let me write void on it and asked me to sign a sheet that was blank with no amounts and a different credit card number on it. When I became concerned and wanted at further explanation explaining I’ve never heard of this third-party company. They gave me three wrong phone numbers for the third-party company and asked me to leave. I’ve called the customer service desk three times and filed a ticket number, but no one has called back. I’ve been a customer of Best Western for a very long time and I’m extremely disappointed. He was by far the rudest Hotel employee I’ve ever met. Both the Hotel check-in person and the customer service person, Destiney and David both complained that they didn’t feel. I was understanding fast enough.
