  King room was quite large. Overall cleanliness was amazing. Having a few suitcase caddies was so helpful in unpacking. The king bed was very comfortable and extra pillows was a nice touch. We had a deep comfortable sleep.The huge sliding door is a real plus. You can see an amazing amout of the river and lots of river activity. The parking lot was well lit as was the exterior, we felt quite safe. The breakfast area has many widows affording you lovely views of the river while you eat. The omelettes, made to order only added to a great stay. Staff was knowledgeable of the area resturaunts and made a few recommendations for our dinner.We often choose Great western when we travel.

  Very welcoming staff , easy check in. Great breakfast choices, fresh omelets ect. Rooms nice and clean. Nice hot tub and pool. We had it all to ourselves.

  Honestly, I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just had to share about this experience. I had such a great check-in experience with Jennifer last night. She was incredibly friendly, gave my husband and me a cookie, and even helped us with our bags. I’ve stayed at several Best Westerns before and have never had someone go out of their way like that. Jennifer’s customer service really stood out to me. It’s little things like that that make such a difference and make you feel genuinely welcomed. She was absolutely wonderful, and Best Western is lucky to have her!

  This Best Western was in a really lovely spot overlooking a lake. The room was clean but older. Towel rack fell off the wall randomly, door to bathroom would stick shut if you closed it all the way, ( my husband had to actually get me out with quite a bit of force from the opposite side). It was very very noisy. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was average at best. They have a separate are with 2 tables away from the other dining area for you to bring in your pup while you eat. If you stay and don't have an issue hauling your luggage up stairs ask for a room above. We heard the the toilets flushing all night from above. There is a pet area for them to go potty but it's small.

  We had a fantastic stay with our twin toddlers. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen, and it was exactly what we needed. The room appeared pretty clean but our kids managed to find some spots with heavy dust while playing (probably on the floor). The concierge was fantastic and arranged for an extra crib. There were even warm cookies to welcome us. In the morning, we were impressed with the complimentary breakfast offerings including a a custom omelette bar! We would definitely stay here again.
