Sarah and Briana at the front desk were awesome!! I’ve stayed in a lot of IHG properties and I definitely felt most welcomed at this one. They had a little game and reward for being an IHG member and it was just nice being appreciated even though I was very tired. This doesn’t happen at every location, so I just thank them for their hospitality and I wish I was in the area longer just to get more of it.

Nobody is better then EZRA!!!! Literally just the kindest humans work here. From checking in to out and the breakfast was ridiculous for a hotel. The vibes are immaculate and we will def be back!!

Easy access, smaller than expected. Ask for a parking permit, they'll forget and you will end up with a hotel ticket on your car in the morning. Lobby smells strongly of chlorine from the pool. The suite we were in has a rusty tub that they didn't warn us about. The room needed a serious clean. The breakfast was good. They had the grab and go bags and the staff was very nice.

When we arrived the desk person was very pleasant. We asked if we could still use the hot tub because we traveled a long way and my wife being disabled the hot tub would help relax her. Our desk person said yes they would hold it open a little longer. We went straight up stairs and changed when we got back down there maybe 10 minutes later a new person was behind the counter and he was extremely rude. His name is Rob, he told use we couldn't use and that he won't make exception. I couldn't believe how rude this person talked to us. He sounded like he was to good to talk to use respectfully.
