  This holiday inn is the perfect location if you're visiting someone at UO. They have a laundromat at no extra cost and they include breakfast every morning. Its also right next to a Dutch bros if you love coffee. I would stay here again.

  Worst experience ever—appalling service, financial negligence, and major safety issues!As a Platinum Elite member, I expected basic hospitality, but the front desk agent was incredibly hostile. He made a serious billing error by charging our entire stay to an incorrect credit card. Even when I pulled up my live bank statement showing the charge with this specific hotel's name and address clearly listed, he flat-out denied it, saying, "It's not me." After a tense 10-minute argument, he finally backed down and claimed it was just a "system issue." How can a charge explicitly displaying their location details be a system glitch? To make matters worse, he aggressively threatened to cancel our reservation and told us to get out just for asking questions about his mistake.Worse yet, the hotel completely failed to protect us. A homeless man chased my family from the street into the lobby and began stalking us, even going behind the pantry to grab items. The staff did absolutely nothing to intervene. When I complained about the threat to our physical safety, the agent's dismissive response was: "If one homeless guy is bothering you, please leave this hotel."Management's response was just as unacceptable. I had to cancel all my morning plans and sit waiting in the lobby until 9:30 AM for a manager who was promised to arrive at 8:00 AM. When she finally arrived, she refused to take real responsibility or address the gravity of the safety threat. She kept repeating that she would "give us points" and "use this to train the staff." Points do not make up for putting my family in danger or treating paying loyalty members like garbage. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  Personally, I have never been to such a nice place for such a small amount of money. They offer a lot for the price I paid. It was sub 120 at the time and they have all kinds of stuff like free coffee and free laundry and a computer you can use etc etc. blows other places around here away

  Booked a room for Sunday August 23rd- Monday August 24th. We just got back from an 8 hour drive from Nevada and called the hotel prior to booking to check on a few things before booking. I asked if it was okay to book, and let them know that the reservation would be in my name and that I have a local Oregon ID, but that the security deposit would have to be held on my husbands debit card. They said that was absolutely fine and to go ahead and book the room. I spent $115 on the room, got to the hotel and was told they will not honor the reservation because I have a local ID and that the card was in my husbands name. I let them know my husband was in the car with the kids and could come in. The manager told me it didnt matter, and that they will not rent the room to me. I did not get an immediate refund or help by the front desk at all. I only had 225 when booking the room. My family had to slesp in the car last night. Nowhere when booking does it state they don't rent with oregon IDs.
