This is one of the best venues in Oregon. The updated blue paint is just adorable. Perfect for a summer wedding in Oregon that makes you feel like you escaped to Italy.

However, if you're just planning a one- or two-night getaway, you may want to consider other options. For the price we paid, my expectations were a bit higher. When I'm spending over $500 per night, I typically expect amenities like turndown service and a more polished guest experience. I also wasn't expecting the room to take so long to cool down after we arrived. That said, the property itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless. Most of my disappointment came down to the service. Our complimentary water was never refilled, my husband wasn't able to take his morning cappuccino to go, and no one offered to assist with our luggage when we checked out. It seemed like the staff was stretched thin because a wedding was arriving that day, which may explain some of the service issues. Overall, it's a lovely property with gorgeous grounds, but given the price point, I expected a more attentive and seamless experience.

Between the European-inspired architecture, serene sprawling vineyards, and spacious clean interiors — there's so much to love about this venue. I love how despite the whole day taking place at this venue, each chapter of the day had it's own space and felt dynamic and transitioned into the next space. Reservation Deposit
A deposit for the first night’s stay is required for all reservations. Reservations for five or more rooms are considered a group reservation and require completion of a group agreement as well as a refundable group deposit. Please email sales@foleyentertainmentgroup.com for assistance with group reservations.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Black Walnut Inn and The Grange Estate are intimate properties, and cancellations significantly impact our business; therefore we follow a strict cancellation and change policy. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to guard against unexpected changes in your travel plans.
Room Reservations
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date forfeits the first night's room and tax.

We would be delighted to assist you in building the perfect itinerary for your wine country getaway. We are here to offer suggestions for wine tasting, dining, and excursions, and can help make those reservations on your behalf. Guests & Visitors
Room Occupancy
All rooms at both Black Walnut Inn and The Grange Estate are double occupancy with one king-sized bed.
Additional Guests
A limited number of suites allow space for a rollaway bed for a maximum of three guests per room. Rollaways may be accommodated in Rooms One, Six, Seven, and Nine at Black Walnut, and in Jory and Laurelwood at Grange Estate. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed.
Adults Only
All guests must be at least 21 years old to stay with us. We are not able to accept reservations with infants, children or young adults under the age of 21.
Visitors
The Inn and Estate are open between 12:00pm and 4:00pm to host non-overnight guests. We may accommodate visitors for select experiences when reserved in advance. Please contact us for more information.
Operational Hours
Check-In
Rooms are guaranteed by 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Guests may check in between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily. If you believe you will arrive after 5:00pm we ask that you please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so we can make proper arrangements with you for a late check-in. We do not have 24-hour reception at the front desk.
Check out
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of check-out as we need to prepare the rooms for arriving guests.
Reception
Our front desk is open between 8:00am and 6:00pm daily. On-site guests may reach a staff member until 9:00pm daily.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm throughout our property.
Pet Policy
We look forward to welcoming you and your dog(s) to Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to your room ($50 for an additional dog, two dogs maximum). Dogs must be leashed at all times around the property while staying with us. We only allow dogs at this time, please leave all other pets at home. In compliance with applicable law, service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted at all times, are not subject to any fees or additional charges, and are not subject to access restrictions within the property.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets at The Grange Estate.
Non-Smoking Property
In observance of local ordinances, Foley Wines Dundee Hills has a no smoking policy throughout our entire premises, inclusive of tobacco, marijuana and vaping. Any violation of this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, plus any damages.

We receive hundreds of requests each year for donations to worthy causes with valid needs. We do our best to support requests that are aligned with the mission and vision of Foley Wines Dundee Hills and our owners. Please submit your request to sales@foleyentertainmentgroup.com. Requests are not guaranteed.
