    A very much "run of the mill" unimpressive Best Western Hotel in Coos Bay. While the bathroom was impressively clean, the carpet in the room was definitely not. There was a faint underling odor that pervaded the room. The HVAC unit made comfort control difficult, when the unit came on we froze and in between it was much too warm. The staff and check in were perfectly fine. The front desk person was efficient and kind, I'd give her 5 stars. My real issue with his hotel was the price. After taxes it was nearly 200 dollars for a standard king room. While other metropolitan areas might command prices like that, sleepy Coos Bay Oregon just isn't one of them.

    The only place we stay in coosbay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, accommodating, and just all around great place.

    My husband and I stayed here last night. The room was decent, although there was a sticky spot on the toilet seat when we arrived… What was truly appalling was the front desk lady. She was snippy, rude and condescending. Terrible customer service. If we hadn’t already made the reservation online, we would have walked out and gone elsewhere.

    This Best Western needs some TLC. The rooms are dark and outdated. I stayed there on August 29 and paid close to $300 for one night. What a rip-off. The breakfast is not edible. Watery eggs. Preservative laden muffins. How difficult is it to prepare a decent breakfast? I don't recommend this location.

    Out dated. Clean, they gave us the room by the road and over the office. It was very street noisey. Pet area was ok. Breakfast was super good.
