  I love This place!!!! I did not spend the night here so I only came to Ride The Elevator. The staff Were so Nice to Let Me Ride The Elevator I rode at 4 years old. Thank you John!!

  My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant rime at this Best Western. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Among the best I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely enjoy welcoming guests to this facility and to Cascade Locks. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast at the Bridgeside restaurant next-door is delicious. We will definitely return for another stay.

  We enjoyed our stay here, wonderful view of the Columbia river from our balcony. Great staff and service. It's a also perfect location to stay and enjoy the trails in the area.

  First time visiting Oregon and this little town made the experience quite memorable. I have stayed in Best Westerns in the past and I tend to have no issues with them. I only rated this place 4 stars because there are a few issues with the shower in terms of water running outside the shower area easily. I personally needed to place towels on the floor to prevent it from running everywhere and the humidity doesn’t vent well in the shower room — had to leave the vent on and door open for awhile to dry everything. The best thing? John, the front staff worker. He had the biggest smile everytime we saw him and the kindest attitude. He almost convinced us to just move and live there forever! Another best thing? The complimentary breakfast. It is not in a lobby which I’m used to at other Best Westerns but it is at a family dining restaurant next door named Bridgeside. The breakfast was so good each morning I didn’t even take photos of the food (eggs, sourdough toast with jam, crispy as heck bacon, hashbrowns!) My picky toddler mostly cleaned her plate. I’m not sure if everything tasted good due to the ambience of the restaurant being next to the Columbia river and all. I’m not sure but we enjoyed all three days of it.

  We chose this location because breakfast was included, expecting a standard buffet setup. Instead, we were directed to an adjacent restaurant offering a restricted menu exclusively for hotel guests. The food was unpalatable—either cold or burnt—and the server treated us with a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude.
