For it being a newer hotel I was quite disappointed and we were only there one night. The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious, nice shower, but that's about it for high points. There is little to no sound proofing and you could hear a lot of noise from the plumbing and people walking (normally) in the halls. The room doors do not slow close in any way and people were slamming them late into the night. The curtains on the window didn't close all the way, had to clip them shut with a hanger. I think the most annoying thing was some kind of smoke detector device mounted on the ceiling directly above the bed, it had a rapidly flashing green super bright LED light on it that was super frustrating when trying to sleep. Idk who's idea that was, like they didn't even consider it was a place where people would sleep. Also could hear the toilet flush from the room above right next to the bed, and it was no subtle noise. Very little stuffing in the pillows and the mattress was pretty hard. It worked for the one night we were there but I likely wouldn't stay again.

Clean and a better breakfast than most hotels, very nice and helpful staff. Downside is there is about 10 roundabouts you have to go through to get there. 10/10

The room was nice, we were on the first floor. The plumbing from upstairs was very noisy on occasion and at night could be very disruptive. The breakfast was good, a bit congested when busy but not terrible.

From the time I walked in, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the lobby, halls and the room. Everything was like a well oiled machine. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Bend. The location is primo.

EXCELLENT hotel. Felt like our room should have been $250/night instead of $150! (Glad it wasn't!) I did pay the extra $5ish for a "mountain view" which I strongly do NOT recommend. But if that's the only way to be on the top floor then it definitely IS worth it! Beautiful, large room with large bathroom and super large shower that was very SAFE for my wobbly legs. Bed was comfortable but I didn't care for the NON fluffy pillows. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast with the addition of a bagel station that served several different varieties. The employees I interacted with very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
