Like always, Best Western rules the hotel show. The missing star comes from the luggage cart. Yuck.

This facility, common areas were really clean and comfy, the elevator was filthy and the exterior of the rooms doors were very dirty. I chose a room online with a mountain view and checked in online, site said I was all done and just had to grab my keys when I got there, I had to reregister and give my card again. When I got to the motel I was told that they had a couple rooms left. Never saw a mountain view. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

I hardly take the time to give reviews but let me just say I’m never booking a Best Western in the future. The one good thing are the beds. They were pretty comfortable and clean. Now the disappointing part. This place was packed due to a tournament and the floor above us was super disturbing all night long in the late hours and early morning. I did not get any sleep the first night. I paid almost $1,000 for 3 nights and they put us on the first floor. We had spider webs in the corner. The view was the beautiful Space Age gas station. Breakfast was average at best, rooms were loud, and front desk was even worse. We had 2 nights of loud neighbors and the manager said we have to call in right when it’s loud. So he wants me to call in at 2am or 5am and wake up my kids and family…instead why can’t he just call them and tell them that last night they disturbed neighbors and to please keep it down? Then I asked if we could kindly get late checkout and the answer was flat out “no.” No reason except everyone is checking out at the same time?! The customer service here is awful. I’d rather give my money to another budget hotel that has much better customer service. I also work for a large corporation and I’ll kindly pass on this bad review. Customer service is not that hard and it goes a long way!

I received a call to my room regarding my service animal. I declared it with Priceline. I declared it with the front desk. He introduced himself as the GM and said very rudely, “we are not pet friendly.” I explained I had taken care of it when I checked in, filled out the paperwork and also offered to send them all of my service dog requirement paperwork via email. The person who checked me in said not necessary. He was so incredibly rude I was in tears by the time he was done. I explained she was a service animal and he proceeded to ask what for. Although I doNOT need to disclose, I answered the question because there is nothing to hide. I asked for his name and he said he was the GM. I told him perfect, I’ll put it in my review. He then told me (and my two kids), “do you have a problem? And said I could come down to the front desk so he could escort me out. And then hung up. Absolutely the most mortifying experience I have ever had. If I hadn’t booked through a 3rd party, I would have left in the middle of my stay. I will never, ever book here again. I also saw him being incredibly rude with another guest earlier in the day, but brushed it as him having a bad day and even joked with him about it. Turns out this is his baseline. Truly still horrified. Do not book here if you would like to be treated with kindness.
