  Thank goodness I used my points. Because I would've hated to waste my money here. The 1st thing we had to do after getting in our room was go to the front desk and get a plunger. There was toilet paper in the toilet on our arrival and the toilet didn't flush properly. Whoever cleaned the room just left it like that. No one on site to fix this for us. Attention to detail was not high on the housekeeping's list. Battery was out of clock and sitting on the table. Bath water was tepid at best. Horrible cold draft coming in the window. Left something behind and housekeeping didn't turn it in. Will not be back to this location.

  DONT STAY HERE! I got denied my stay AFTER PAYING for my service animals because they didn’t provide the “correct” services like opening doors and leading the blind. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unappreciated by a hotel staff attendant in my life. They wouldn’t refund my $200 and I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

  Rooms were very clean and well stocked. The night person who checked me in was delightful and helped me get a discount. Location is on the way out of town (good), but getting there needs Mapquest. My 2nd stay and I'll stay again.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I was really disappointed with how our late checkout request was handled on our final morning. I wanted to request a 12:00 checkout, just one additional hour. so my daughter and I could go to the bakery and farmers market that morning and still have a little time to come back and enjoy the pool before leaving. I began calling the front desk around 8:00 a.m. and called three separate times within the next hour because no one was answering the phone. Someone finally answered my third call at approximately 9:05 a.m., and I was told it was “too late” to request late checkout because I needed to have asked before 9:00. I explained multiple times that I had been trying to reach the front desk since around 8:00 and that the only reason my request came through after 9:00 was because no one had answered my previous calls. What was most disappointing was that there seemed to be no willingness to acknowledge that or work with me at all. I completely understand that late checkout is based on availability and isn’t guaranteed, but being told I had missed a deadline by five minutes when I had been actively trying to contact the front desk for nearly an hour felt incredibly unfair. It was an unfortunate way to end an otherwise enjoyable stay, especially during a special mother daughter birthday trip.

  Our room was absolutely amazing!! Complete with a balcony where we sat outside last evening and listened to a nearby concert. It was clean and spacious!!! The shower was awesome!! And the bed was so comfy— we Slept like babies!! We have no complaints and if we come back that way we will stay again!! Also the staff was sooo very friendly— Tonya was fantastic esp after a long day of driving !!
