  Front desk is very helpful and very nice. Room#304 My concern is the cleaning crew and maintenance. 1. Shower door doesn’t close so it’s ruining a lot of bathroom fixtures including the wall. (Was reported) The switch for the bathroom needs to be fixed so you don’t have dirt buildup behind the plate. Shower floor and outside of the door is a simple fix with a Mr. Clean sponge. 2. Ice bucket was full of last visitors ice. 3. Dusting why didn’t that happen? 4. Coffee spilt from prior guest back of the door cleaning crew obviously doesn’t clean behind the door. 5. Seat chair is not in good order, needs replaced. 6. The bed is in the worst shape ever. Completely sags in the middle, it’s past the mattress’s life. REPLACE IT…. These are things that could be fixed but doesn’t seem like cleaning crew cares enough to clean or have issues fixed by maintenance. Where is the supervisor for this crew, why aren’t they doing quality control checks?

  Room 207 bathroom was clearly overlooked for cleaning. Sink was dirty. Hair in tub and sink. Brown spots on toilet seat. Wall by light switch needs wiped down as well as the door. Coffee maker where to add water needs cleaned out. Besides the bathroom everything else was great, as expected, including the front desk and the breakfast.

  Great value for the Hotel. I needed a last minute room and booked 2 days prior. Quiet, excellent location in the Bend area. Everything including service, breakfast, and accommodation was great except for housekeeping. The room hadn't been fully cleaned. There was a streak of blue cleaner on the shower wall, the previous occupant's room keys were on top of the closet shelf, and some other minor housekeeping details that were questionable. The box springs need a skirt to hide the stains on the sides, not an appealing look. The pool was a bit cool and murky. A bit more attention to detail of the housekeeping might raise a couple more stars.

  We have been traversing the US on a backroads retirement road trip and early on settled on Best Westerns as our best bet in tiny towns midsized towns along the way. This specific BW has been the best so far! Clean and spacious rooms, very quiet and a breakfast that offers lots of variety and quality choices. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but there are eateries and shops within very short (2 miles) driving distance.

  It's a great place to stay. I've stayed a few time, always arriving early. This it the first time I was charged 20 bucks. I know business is business, but 20 dollars to get t into an already vacant room? Seems more like a money 💰 grab. Customer service really has gone, this is my point. Regardless, I do recommend.
