  We stayed at your Best Western Sunridge Inn the night of 7 September 2026. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The setting was scenic, surrounded by beautiful trees, shade, as well as a restaurant and bar on site! It was the nicest Best Western we've had the pleasure of staying in. After a driving all day, we were very happy there was a restaurant on site. The staff was friendly, accommodating, the food was delicious as well as our drinks with dinner! I had my first India cuisine; it was the best tasting chicken I've ever had! Our waitress was gracious; she provided exceptional service. Breakfast was included, after breakfast we walked around the courtyard of trees and saw a small hawk land in one of the trees! Your hotel provided every amenity we needed, including seeing some wildlife onsite of your hotel. Thank you Sunridge Inn, we look forward to staying with you again if we travel up your way.

  The hotel was in a good location for splitting up our trip. There are good restaurants in the downtown area to get dinner at. The service by Sumi (spelling?) at breakfast was great- he greeted everyone with cheer and was very attentive to ensure that tables and serving area was clean

  Stayed here for one night while on our way to Idaho. Made reservations online via their website. We were even able to get a corporate rate through the company my husband works for. That being said, we still paid $170/night, including taxes, for a Saturday night stay. That rate actually seems steep for this location and experience. Communication was great during the reservation, check-in and check-out processes. I communicated mostly through text, which was a convenience for me. I was able to text them to let them know we'd be arriving later than planned. The pre check-in process online was simple and painless. Our king bed room was pretty clean. The screen on the window had a large tear in it, and there were some unidentified splatter spots on the wall near the full length mirror in our room. The bed was pretty firm, but comfortable for us. Linens were decent quality and clean. They also didn't have a luggage cart available in our building (#5), so we had to make multiple trips to bring our stuff inside. The guy that checked us in ensured us there would be a luggage cart available. They did accommodate our request for a room with a view of the parking lot, so we could keep an eye on my husband's classic car. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. If you have longer hair, it would not be ideal for getting shampoo and conditioner out. The road noise is pretty loud if you like fresh air at night while sleeping. We had to use the A/C to cool the room down instead, and it was super loud, even with just the fan running. Luckily my husband had earplugs, which helped a lot. People were running in and out of the building at all hours of the night, slamming doors behind them. Needless to say we didn't have a great night's sleep. Overall, we felt this place was overpriced for the entire experience. I think we should have opted for the nearby Super 8 for half the price!

  Upon arrival there were vehicles all around reception that were unattended. We had to park far down the parking lot and walk back to check in. Check in took far too long. Parking lot was occupied by broken down vehicles, trucks with four flat tires, trashed rvs surrounded by garbage, individuals blasting music with windows down shining headlights into first floor rooms. People smoking next to multiple entrances. Window was open when we arrived at room, it had been raining just before we arrived. Room was cold, below 55 degrees. Room was dilapidated, shower had low water pressure, rooms did jot attempt to soundproof from hallways or other rooms. Breakfast was great, as was the employee staffing it. This stay was expensive, over $150 for one night, and it felt like a bare bones motel experience.

  I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel the need to for this hotel. I stayed for one night during a road trip using reward points. For context, I stay at tons of basic/economy hotels for work, often in small towns, so my standards are very relaxed—I’m usually happy to have a safe, clean place with a decent bed. Check in here was simple and the location is good. I was assigned a room in Building 5, which is detached from the main hotel. The parking lot, entrance, and hallways were covered in trash and grime, with dead bugs inside the entryway, and many exterior and hallway fixtures broken or extremely worn. The room was very basic—nothing like the pictures and more like a dorm room or what you might expect from a Motel 6. The beds looked okay, but the curtains, table, and dresser were noticeably worn and stained, the toilet and bathroom floor was dirty, and there were two lights out in the room. On the upside, the bed was fine. I was traveling with my dog, so I’m not sure if that explains the bare bones accommodations (do they save these rooms for folks with pets?) The other parts of the hotel looked relatively nicer, but I just cannot recommend this place and I’ll actively avoid it in the future.
