  I decided to stay at this hotel based on the reviews. It’s an interesting hotel with a nice layout, but overall I was disappointed. The breakfast was not great. The hot water in the flask was cold, supplies were not being refilled, and the biscuits were stale and cold. I stayed from Monday through the end of the week, and you could clearly see that there were fewer and fewer items available each day. For the price, I expected much better. This hotel is way more expensive than the Holiday Inn express in Ontario, which has a much better breakfast. There were also bugs in the room. One time, I saw a housekeeper putting dirty and clean towels together, which was pretty concerning. Although the staff are nice, I wouldn’t stay here again.

  I had a great experience staying at the Best Western Sunridge Inn & Conference Center. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a very comfortable environment.The entire front desk customer service team operates at a very high standard, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the check in process. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of multiple choices to pick from. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Baker City, and I would definitely return!

  Great place to stay in Baker City! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the whole hotel had a really good vibe. I especially loved the restaurant and the pool. Breakfast was also really good and had a nice selection of options. Overall, we had a great stay!

  Stayed 3 nights in a business trip. I felt safe, staff was great. I especially like the man that works in the breakfast area during the week of my stay. He greeted everyone, was cheerful and helpful and available when needed. My room was clean and quiet on the second floor. Feeling secure is important experience I was a lone female traveler and I did feel secure. My bed was a bit squishy, last stay on a queen the mattress seems more comfortable . Beautiful area even with the wild fire smoke.. Overall good stay.

  Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the beds were very cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. The food was also very good, and the property itself was lovely. The only disappointing part of our stay was the check-in experience. We arrived just after midnight and were accidentally given keys to an occupied room, which unfortunately startled the guests inside. After returning to the front desk, we had to wait nearly an hour for another room to be prepared. I do want to emphasize that the front desk employee who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, apologetic, and did everything she could to help us throughout the situation. This was clearly not her fault, and she handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Aside from that unfortunate delay, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate all of the staff’s hospitality. I just hope the hotel can improve its room assignment process so this doesn’t happen to future guests.
