One of the worst stays I have ever had at a low end hotel. They put me right next to the housekeeper room. Constant noise the whole twenty four hours. The hotel is so old when the people above me checked in every time they walked, felt like they were going to fall through the ceiling. I would never stay here again and I would also never eat at the restaurant again.

Good room bed is somewhat soft (I find mosr hotel beds to run extremely firm) *seemed* like a hybrid mattress with a thin foam topper so it was softer than most places. normal hotel stuff aside from the soaps they actually have some nice soaps and thenlayout of stuff is very good for accomadating most stays. I had a good experiance even though it was the 4th of july weekend and their prices were extra high. if I ever have need of a hotel again in this area id go.

Loved that the restaurant had Indian Cuisine! I think rooms are overpriced every place in Oregon. This would probably be a $120-$130 room in other states. Breakfast was awesome plenty of great choices. Lots of parking. I'd give them 9 out of 10. Wish prices were realistic to my per diem. $150 a night.
Above was after my 1st night..I had car issues and spent 3 more nights! The morning we finally decided that we could do no more, we rented a vehicle transport trailer. The hotel was so great about giving us some extra time to checkout. They showed concern about my car and our struggles. Everyone that works there seems to have a heart of gold! I especially want to rave about our housekeeper and the front desk. Thank you all for your care and consideration.

We were on a road trip from Texas to Washington State and needed a room for one night. We were excited about the fact that it had an outdoor heated pool. Unfortunately the heated pool was in fact NOT heated :(. The kids were incredibly disappointed. We did get to spend a few minutes in the hot tub which lived up to it's name! 🥵 We could only take a short time.
We were in buildng #5 in the back where one of the entry doors was, unfortunately, able to be opened without using a key card. (I told front desk staff as we headed out the next day and they seemed very concerned so I think it will get looked at).
Unfortunately for us and when we checked in and when we had to leave we couldn't use the laundry services as they closed by 10pm so we weren't able to get our dirty clothes cleaned like we had hoped.
The rooms were clean (older but definitely cared for). Bed was comfortable.
The staff were wonderful. Andrew at the front desk and Navi who took care of breakfast were both wonderful. Everyone we passed or saw helping all greeted us and said something like "enjoy your stay".
The property itself was beautiful with lots of color and charm. It felt like you'd expect Oregon to feel!
The pool and the broken lock on the building door were definitely disappointing, but assuming they are taking steps to fix those the property overall was really lovely and the staff extremely friendly. I would stay again (maybe checking to see if the pool heater is working first though).

For the price this hotel is awful. They really should be putting the price at $80. I would say the only nice thing about this hotel is the pool. When I arrived well after check in time my room was still not ready. When my room was finally ready we dropped our stuff off and went to the sunridge bar and grill that is attached to the hotel. It was very cute and the food and drinks were really good. The service was good up until I was ready for my check. It took longer to get my check then it did to get my food and eat it.
I soon realized that the door in my room basically didnt fit the frame at all and so I could see out into the hall while inside my room. The hotel is pretty outdated and cost more than my stay at the Hampton which was significantly nicer and more modern. I love the look of the outside of this hotel but man they need to update the rooms if they are going to charge people the amount that they do. I definitely don't think I would stay here again unless they updated the rooms.
