Clean and comfortable enough, but most of the electrical outlets in our room were broken. The outlets were old and too loose to hold a plug. The outlet strip on the beds nightstand didn't work on one side, and half the other side didn't work. None of the USB ports worked in the room. This was a challenge for us as we have medical devices we needed to plug in. Breakfast was included, and was pretty standard with eggs, bacon, yogurt, pancakes, and oatmeal. The only fruit provided were apples. Ok, not great.

Here’s a tweak with that in: Room was large and comfortable, and the front desk lady was very nice and tried to help, but the jacuzzi in Room 303 is simply broken. It was missing the drain plug, and she confirmed the jets don’t work. Best Western Windsor Inn shouldn’t charge a premium for a non-functional feature.

Stayed here for couple of nights on a road trip. This hotel is some distance away from the center of Ashland. The rooms were fine, with dated-looking bathrooms. Staff were friendly. Location is ok, close to I5, with some traffic noise from the interstate or the gas stations nearby. Some food places are in walking distance. Didn't use the free breakfast except for getting coffee. Fine overall.

Ryan, who checked us in gave us great service and a great room even though we stopped last minute and did not have a reservation. The room was so spacious and very clean and comfortable.
