  I have stayed in this hotel twice for our work conventions. The rooms are super clean. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is really good specially for a hotel Breakfast. The Hot tub was super relaxing after work. Did have alot of chlorine, but understandable being a hotel. The girls at the front counter were super awesome. Had to be up super early for the convention and had a family above me with kids running back and forth. Went to the front counter and talked to them about it. The girls said yeah we know you have to be up early and we don't put up with that. They called the room and it went quite above me. Thank you girls and thank you family above me.

  We stay at different HIE A LOT! This has been in my top 3!!! The staff is excellent! Polite, kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are clean and everything worked great! Pool was nice and clean and not much chlorine smell. Shower had great pressure and they had an exhaust fan in bathroom! Breakfast was wonderful! They had a GF bagel and vanilla almond milk along with their usual yummys! Bacon and sausage, cinnamon rolls, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. They had snacks out for the taking along with water and evening cookies. Super friendly would definitely stay here again!!!

  This is by far one of the best locations! The staff were super amazing and friendly. The rooms were top notch and the breakfast they offered was great! Thanks Renee and Jenn for such a great experience!

  The updates for the updated rooms are very nice. However, while they did a lot of interior work, it appears that the basic infrastructure is not as new. Our room had a bathroom fan that did not run for a few minutes, then sounded like a bag of bolts. I mentioned this and the next day I think somebody lubed it, as it worked. The toilet stuck on. The next day, that was mostly fixed, you just had to pull the handle up occasionally. The room refrigerator was noisy. Mentioned that, but it continued to be pretty loud. I think they wedged the rattling shelf, though. The last two days (Friday night to Monday Morning, actually) the elevator failed. Kudos to all kinds of staff for coping with this, and getting housekeeping, maintenance, and service going without a hitch, beyond having to hike the stairs. They even offered to tote heavy suitcases if necessary. Oh, and that is the thinnest TP I have ever seen in all my days. The bed was very soft, new, and clean. Service was spot on the entire time. Service was 6 out of 5. Staff, fantastic. Updated rooms, fantastic. Infrastructure, well, not as fantastic.

  Personnel at this property really and truly care about the people that stay here. Outstanding property to stay at, I wish the other Holiday inns were as great as this one Dottie (spelling) was great to be around, she cares about the guests and the property, both are important.
