The booking, updates, and feedback from Sara and her team were unlike any other experience I’ve had. I’ve been booking rooms for this particular convention for over 15 years. The locations always change and the level of service often changes with it. In that time I’ve never had someone go to the lengths, like Sara and her team. We had one room, in which someone didn’t show. Sara informed me of this and cancelled the remaining days left on the room, saving us several hundred dollars.

From the moment I greeted her, she seemed to have an attitude and was very short with us. We had an issue with a credit card, and instead of kindly explaining what was wrong, she came across as rude and dismissive. After a 12-hour drive, we were hoping for a much friendlier welcome. Other than that, our stay was great!!
