  After checking in my room was very hot and the fridge door was open and warm. I closed the door and made sure it was plugged in and set dial. Adjusted the AC and left for dinner. Came back several hours later and neither were working yet. They proceeded to show me two more equivalent rooms, neither of which had functional AC. I was downgraded to a lesser room and told there would be no compensation. Woke up the next morning before my meeting to find there was no shower curtain and didn’t have enough time to wait around to find one. Had to go to work without showering. I was told a manager would contact me. Nobody reached out but I heard the front desk talking about it both times I walked past.

  Claro, mi hermano. Te la dejo en inglés, natural y bastante positiva, sin que parezca una review exagerada: We had a really good experience at this hotel. The property is a little older and could definitely use some updates, especially in terms of the decor, but it is well maintained and was more than enough for the purpose of our trip. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was very clean and enjoyable. The shower had great water pressure, and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a typical American hotel breakfast—simple, but good enough. The location is also very convenient, close to the casino, restaurants, and other places of interest. The staff was one of the highlights of our stay: everyone was super friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel, and it has a bit of an old-fashioned style, but overall we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

  Staff is extremely rude, I thought the rooms would be more updated, they charged $100 I would think it would have been better than what they were. Would not waste money at this hotel.. their staff was the worst ever.
