  Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive from check in, the bar to breakfast. The only complaint Is that watching the one staff person on duty run around doing everything tired us out!! She was very helpful and friendly.

  After seeing some pretty good reviews for this place, we decided to book it. Right on Route 66 and the pictures looked great. The main courtyard and the lobby all looked really nice. We were given our room and it’s around back of the other rooms and not even in the main area and it appears we’re back with all the construction workers. Room was decent. But the bathroom is at the very back of the room and the lights above the vanity do not work at all. The room seemed fairly clean until we looked at the cords for the lamps plugged in and there’s dust an half inch thick. Decided to go to the lobby where they have a restaurant and bar. Opens at five. At 6 o’clock there was nobody in there, nobody behind the bar and the place was empty. So we went elsewhere. Definitely pass on the breakfast. The juice machine was broken, the coffee was instant, and the donut holes were hard.I would definitely go try any other hotel/motel in that area.

  Krystal needs a raise!!!! She is such a hard worker and seemed to be everywhere all the time. We love that there was custom omelets and scrambled eggs, and the breakfast is simple but hot and fresh. The rooms are spacious and clean! Family and pet-friendly. Overall, we stopped here twice on the way to our vacation and on the way back, and it was a wonderful experience.

  Great little hotel on the I40. Perfect for an overnight stay. Great staff who gave a warm welcome from beginning to end of stay. Room was clean and comfortable and got a great sleep. Nice shower ! Breakfast was a great change -fresh omlette cooked to order and other fresh made options, not packaged food!!. They even had great and secure parking for our RV, right opposite the police station. Recommended.

  If you use another source like booking.com, beware, when you check in they will not tell you that if your traveling with a pet they will charge you after the fact about a $25 per day fee. They tell you about it being in the fine print after the fact. They should have you sigh for those charges at time of check in, not hide it. When I called them, they refused to reverse the charge, even when I told them my dog was taken to the local slobber and sleep because the noises in the hotel had him overstimulated, and out of concern for my dog and other guests I made other arrangements. I found the woman at the desk most unpleasant as well as the owner, they stood by the fact it was in the fine print I had signed at checking in. I consider that poor service, poor ethics, and they know it, that is why they operate the charges in secrete, rather than addressing up front. Shame on them! The rooms are very nice, and clean. So as long as you are not traveling with a pet, you should be fine.
