- CMCarrol Martinez6 days ago1.0Unorganized. Shortstaffed. Phone system damaged. DO not answer phone calls from outside for Best Western Desk. Poor commnication and service by staff. Extremely poor Customer Servive by Manager and most others.24-7 assistance by Staff is a joke.
- EJEli JoJoeJul 1, 20265.0It was such a nice place. Definitely the best Best Western we've stayed in. Breakfast was also very good. Eggs were cooked to order. No soggy eggs sitting in water. Host at night desk was very friendly and informative
- JJJJun 23, 20261.0The floor in our room was sticky with grime. The water in both the shower and bathroom sink had an overwhelming sewage stench. Both the room next to us and the room above us made excessive racket until after 1:00am. The breakfast food was so stale and dried out, it couldn't be cut with a knife, let alone chewed. (Not that anyone would want food prepared by their methed-out staff member Krystal in the first place.) The tv cut out frequently, going to a screen saying it was disconnected, then taking upwards of half an hour to re-establish the internet connection. One hundred percent wouldn't recommend and will not be staying there again.

No coffee cups in the room, no shampoo, no coffee mugs at the breakfast and no eggs/omelettes at breakfast though it was mentioned when checking in. Nobody answered the front desk on three different times and days before getting there and when there.
- GBGenevieve BeyerJun 20, 20265.0The rooms were clean, quite and comfortable. The staff were amazing, as was the breakfast. The only issue we had was the first night our AC wasn't working. The staff did great and switched our room for one with a working AC. We would definitely stay again.
