- KGKate GunterJun 7, 20263.0Overall this was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for Tulsa Tough so this was prime location to walk out and be right in the action. Very walkable around downtown. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. However I think it’s pushing the “luxury” boutique hotel vibe but missed the mark slightly. Our room was nice and clean, but were missing body wash in the shower, the mini fridge was barely cold at all and the AC suuuucked. That’s my biggest gripe as someone who needs an ice cold room to be able to sleep. Even with the AC cranked all the way down it barely came on and the room was hot and muggy. Thankfully I had my own small fan or I wouldn’t have slept at all. Loved that this place was pet friendly. Housekeeping was great. The location is a prime downtown spot for sure but with that comes the noise from the late night bars across the street as well as noise from other guests due to thin walls. It wasn’t awful but something to note. Also I went out to my car to grab something from the valet parking around midnight and there was a large group of kids hanging around and leaning on my car. Didn’t love that. There’s also no hotel parking so you’re either forced to valet for $35 a night or find parking on the street. The breakfast was really good and the rooftop bar is a cool vibe with awesome views of the city skyline but it’s not exclusive to hotel guests so was very packed and crowded. So overall, not bad and it’s got a lot of potential but I do think there’s some room for improvement before you can confidentially call this a luxury hotel.
- AEA EJun 2, 20265.0We had a wonderful experience staying here so that we could be close to a venue for a concert. The hotel offered shuttle services, the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again!
