  As one of the sponsors of the Black Wall Street Rally, we wanted to stay in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the event. We stayed at Hotel Indigo, and it did not meet expectations for the price. With over 30,000 people in attendance, the city was completely booked, no option to switch hotels or rooms, so we stayed. The lobby was beautiful, and valet service was excellent, Brad and Jessica were fantastic. However, check-in with Shannon was slow and a bit confusing due to her lack of training. Though the room initially looked nice, it was dusty in many areas: picture frames, the headboard, the bed frame, the TV, and the console below it. Every corner in the room and bathroom was clearly unswept or unvacuumed. Drawers had hair, lint, and trash. The shower drain initially foamed with hair. The sink’s hot water didn’t work until the last night, so we used hot water from the shower to rinse washcloths. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and made a clicking noise all night. The blinking smoke detector and humid room (with air conditioning ineffective until the last night) ruined sleep. On our third night, housekeeping replaced towels but gave no washcloths. I appreciated them remaking the bed and placing my personal blanket back on top. At check-out, with disbelief, Ashley asked if we had addressed our concerns before that moment and I told her yes and gave the name of the employee I spoke with. She said she’d relay concerns to manager Frank. As a luxury travel agent, I would not recommend Hotel Indigo based on this experience. I will not be send any clients there as well.

  Hotel Indigo Tulsa Downtown was a wonderful place to stay. It’s ideally located right in the entertainment district, where it is easy to access restaurants, bars, and attractions. The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The beds were really comfortable too, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. What stands out is the rooftop bar, which offered spectacular views and a wonderful ambiance. There could be some noise because of the active nightlife, but it does not really affect the experience much. All in all, based on the room’s cleanliness, service, and convenient location, this hotel deserves a recommendation for visitors to Tulsa. In summary, it’s a fashionable and convenient hotel in the downtown district.

  What a lovely gem of a hotel that sparkles with amenities throughout my stay. The rooms are decorated in the art decor that mimics the rustic feel of the city. The rooftop was a wonderful and exciting plus to enjoy cocktails while viewing the city lights at night. I was impressed with the staff that seem to do everything possible to ensure comfort compliance in the standard of excellence! Very well done! 10/10
