Room was nice and clean. Only complaint was the a/c did not work great the room stayed warmish to my liking. Wife said it was fine. Location was great for the mall and Walmart you dont have to deal with all the traffic to reach those locations

Pros:
-location, close to everything
-staff, exceptionally friendly
-cleanliness-, the major part of the hotel is very well kept and maintained
-breakfast, good with many options
Cons
I booked a room through Priceline and it showed a separate king bedroom and “living” area off of it with a closing door. These are the kind of rooms I always book when traveling with our daughter for privacy. Not only was that room non existent at this location I was given two double beds when I booked a king with a sofa bed- even ensured that via phone call after booking. I was told there was nothing they could do. I’m not one to argue and I felt like the woman was new- I don’t want to make her uncomfortable but I wasn’t happy. My husband and I sharing a double bed was not ideal. The beds were very hard and springy in our room and I wouldn’t recommend.
The pool area is nothing like the photos. The conditions of the loungers are deplorable and unusable. The towels are usually stocked and the pool was empty most of our stay but it’s not an inviting area.

Rooms were clean but this location has a history of not being in the best area. Last time we stayed here we watched cars get broken into. Had better security this time but we did watch someone jump the fence and steal all the hotel towels. We spoke with the front desk and they didn’t seem to care.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The hotel was updated, clean and the staff was friendly.
The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the poolside lounge chairs and the seating in the outdoor breakfast area. The fabric on these chairs is so weathered and stretched out that you sit directly on the metal bars, making them extremely uncomfortable to use. These chairs desperately need replaced.

This hotel is exactly what it claims to be. It’s not a luxury resort, it’s not a cheap dive off the highway. For its price point it’s great. It’s CLEAN, it’s comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a working ice machine on my floor. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. A flat screen TV on the wall with COX cable (I guess that’s the local provider). Plenty of hot water in the shower. Adjustable climate controls in the room.
The free breakfast in the morning was better than I had expected. They had eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal (with toppings), biscuits, gravy, Greek yogurt, a pancake station, cold juices and ice water. All the food was served buffet style and was warm and tasted good. One of the better hotel breakfast selections I’ve seen at this price point.
There is free parking. There is a pool (which we did not use). The hotel sits a ways back from the main road so you don’t have traffic noise, though it’s a short 5 minute walk to the mall, and there’s a Walmart very close by as well. There is a Scheels attached to the mall which is a fun experience for adults and kids.
The only two minor gripes I have about my stay… the ice bucket in the room comes with a bag. The bag didn’t fit the bucket properly. Thankfully I have a gallon ziploc bag. Also the shower heads don’t offer the kind of pressure/spraying power I like, but that’s just my preference. If you prefer a shower head that gives a lighter drizzle/falling rain feel then it’s perfect for you.
I will not hesitate to come here again the next time I am in Tulsa.
