  I knew I was in trouble when I had to drive through the sex store parking lot to get there LOL. The sauna pool really made the whole building stuffy. I was really glad it was a short stay. The rooms were clean enough. It was a pretty loud place all night and we woke up many times. It's good in a pinch though I guess.

  Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything worked as expected. The only downsides were that the window screens were damaged, so it was difficult to open the windows without letting insects in. We were also disappointed that there wasn’t a proper late check-out option, which would have made our departure much more convenient. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

  Front desk was very rude, hot tub was not hot and made me very sick. The room door had pry marks from someone breaking into it before. Shower door did not close all the way. AC unit was all busted up. No cable TV even. Had a hell of a time getting checked in while my fiance who made the reservation in my name was in surgery at 10am and check in is at 2pm. Called to verify on the way, then because he wasn't present I left there in tears not knowing where we would stay. Thankfully after anesthesia wore off my fiance was able to talk to a young man named Austin at the front desk and we were finally able to rest. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at a Best Western Plus again.

  I’m highly highly disappointed in this best western. I’ve stayin in many best westerns through out the country and never did I go with a incident . So I payed my room online reserved it. As soon as I get there to the front desk too leave my $100 the young lady ask for $200 I didn’t know why but I figured I’ll get it back in the morning. In the morning I go to get my money and the Manager mia I believe has a horrible attitude when I was venting my frustration, how would anybody feel if they feel like the got robbed. This needs to be resolved because this is not the proper way nor the ethical way to do things

  Asked for Handicap room, I have copd hard for me to walk long distances! They put me on 3rd floor in room farthest away from elevator! Asked if I could have first floor told me no nothing available! When I checked out, talk with manager and she said, oh well, nothing that they could do about it.Have a nice day! Very un-caring! STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! I WONT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN
