  Staff was rude, and they never gave me my deposit back, room smelled funky, and I left it spotless and didn’t damage anything so I have no idea why I didn’t get my deposit back. It’s probably gonna be called a “Fake Review” by corporate like they do with all of the other negative reviews.

  Mattress was very saggy in the middle. Bright outdoor flood light made room too bright. Breakfast was a joke. Bad neighborhood.

  It is not the Hilton, but well worth the price if you are just in and out after a late arrival from the airport.

  The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I complained about our pillow case being dirty & to get a new one if possible, no big deal but she told me the rooms are cleaned after each stay & if it doesn’t meet my standards I can find another hotel. I said ok I will, id like a refund but she wouldn’t give me one & threatened to call the police. All over a dirty pillow case. Spend your money elsewhere

  So we booked 2 rooms for a week here and it has been a pleasant experience. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel such as this but it was always kept well stocked and clean with plenty of options and tables. The pool was nice and clean. Also cleaning staff were eager every morning to restock towels take out trash etc and if u had your door locked and didn't answer they would move on.
